Repost from @luiscascomakeup • Since @pantone has me all inspired about #blue 💙 here’s my first version on how to wear it (2 more to come this week!) 1️⃣ Use #concealer on your eyelid first to prime it (Don’t use too much, blend it really well and wait until it dries before applying the #eyeshadow) 2️⃣ Use a brush to apply the #blueshade by tapping it first and then blending.  3️⃣ Results = Intense, lasting, gorgeous blue that you can use as an eyeliner or wear as a smoky eye.
