Money: what was the last large purchase you made, and was it worth it?

I think the last big buy was my scanner. I had to replace the old one so I guess it's worth it. Tbh I haven't really used it that much but I'm not too thrilled with it, but the old one had to go.

Airplanes: if you could have one more moment with a person who used to be in your life but for whatever reason isn’t anymore, what would you say to them?

I'd ask them not to be strangers, even tho I know it won't matter in the end. I think things just happen whether we want them to or not, and there's no use crying over spilled milk.

lukeisart’s first, late, and new year’s follow forever

i��m not going to sugar coat this — last year has been the worst and most tragic year i’ve ever had to experience. but! in august of 2018, i decided to remake a blog that i’d lost earlier in the year, and it turned out to be one of the best things i did last year.

within five months, my blog completely blew up and while this is by no means all of the people that should be recognized, i wanted to take the time to publicly thank some of the people who have kept checking on me and making my blog a safe place for me.

No Shame: what is your guilty pleasure?

I really enjoy dancing like a complete moron when I’m alone (if you could call that a guilty pleasure...) I do it quite often and look like a drunken dad at a Christmas party every time I do so

Kill My Time: what’s something you wish you could spend all your time doing? Tough call... I’d say something fun like being at concerts. But also something chilled out like reading or watching something on tv/youtube

Not In The Same Way: what’s something you used to love, but over time your love dwindled?

The metal bands I used to listen to back in high school. Like I don’t hate them, I definitely appreciate the quality of the sound and stuff, but I’ve come to realize that I’m not in the right mindset to listen to that kind of music constantly now. I guess there’s a time and place for everything.

Easier: do you have any natural talents?

Not to brag but yeah :P I have a decent voice I don’t really show off anymore, I’m pretty crafty and patient about it (I’m great at macrame and handsy stuff) and I think I’m very good at paying attention to detail but don’t know if that can be considered as a natural talent :P

You were napping.

He snuggled with Duke as he flipped through the channels; Duke snoring loudly as he tried to find something to pass the time. It was no question he missed you; he knew you were tired from redecorating the living room. You had spent all of your quarantine time with him; there were days you needed your space and others where you couldn’t make it through 5 minutes without him touching or kissing you. His warm body close to you every day was the best.

He softly began to play a song on the piano, getting lost in the music as his fingers hit the keys he continued to play.

Your eyes shot open as you heard Calum play the piano, you stretched in the bed as the blanket on top of you started to fall off of your body. You slowly got out of bed as you heard Calum playing the piano louder; you giggled as you stepped toward the door. You opened the door slowly not making a sound as the cool wood hit your skin, tiptoeing down the hallway.

You steadily walked into the living room as Calum continued to play the piano completely oblivious to you waking up to his music. You gently sat down on the empty space on the stool as he smiled when his brown eyes met yours. He softly finished the song before turning his chest towards you, “Hi.”

“You didn’t miss me did you bub?” You asked taking off his bucket hat and ran your fingers through his luscious black curls.

He hummed in response as his strong hands wrapped around your waist, “Of course I did, Duke’s cuddles and kisses aren’t as good as yours.”

You giggled while you playfully shook your head, you kissed his forehead and nose before softly pressing a kiss to his full lips, “So I’ve heard. Want to make dinner?”

“I’ll help, I love watching you cook.” He blushed before kissing your forehead sweetly.

“Your such a good helper.” You sighed happily as you heard Duke’s barks.

“I swear I’m gonna drop him off at Ash’s, he ruins everything.” He teased with a wink.

“If he goes, so do I.” You stated playfully as he sighed letting you go and getting up.

“I’d like to see you try love.” He winked walking over to the sliding doors letting Duke inside.

“You love me.” You smiled as you watched Duke run up to you wagging his tail.

“Very much so, not as much as Duke apparently.” Calum joked as he picked up Duke and followed you into the kitchen.

You giggled as you bent down to grab pans as Calum put Duke down as he went to the fridge. You kissed his cheek as you began to cook, Calum’s arms wrapped around your waist as his head rested on your shoulder as he pressed his body against your back. “I love you.”

“I love you my love.” You cooed as you kissed his cheek as you looked forward to the rest of the night spent with your two favorite boys.
