Lumifox Productions is still a small, humble studio, but nonetheless requires a lot of upkeep. It is only through our passion for this work that we manage to maintain it all, and no one understands that better than the wry-and-wacky Mika!

Mika is the owner, receptionist, cleaner, and questionably-baker running a hotel just west of the perilous wilds. The place may be understaffed and decades in need of an update, but any traveler wouldn’t be caught dead staying anywhere else! He’ll extend a hospitable hand to all those in need, even when they may not appreciate his… eccentricities.

Besides, it looks like our hero has nowhere else to go! We’re sure Evelyn will fit right in with this bunch, just as long as she stays out of trouble… Stay tuned to see what adventures this group gets into, and if they'll be keeping on their heads!

Hello everyone!

Made a second page for 'hosting meetings with production manager(for producers)' although I think that I might just make one 'hosting meetings slide' instead since the producer meets with other studio members, for the purpose of updating/adding/removing organizers, you know what, I can have that, and then meeting with managers/directors for handing out assignments. Ok, I like this plan, debating whether to go to bed or not i've been up since 6:30 this morning...ok ill write down what I need to get done tomorrow, i've gotten a good chunk done of my costume, I can dedicate time to just studio stuff. (owo

Happy almost birthday Rise of the Guardians!!🎉❄🥰 Tomorrow is the 11th anniversary of when the movie first premiered! As a special surprise treat, the Lumifox Crew will be playing Gartic phone and Phasmophobia tomorrow! Something fun and hopefully less stressful (ah who am I kidding, Phasmophobia is going to stress me the heck out, its so scaryyy ;w; ) ANYWAY!

Livestream will be running on the @lumifox_productions youtube channel on November 21st, (tomorrow), from 1:00 pm EST to 7:00 PM EST! Feel free to come and go, as were doing something I might regret, a 6 hour livestream! That's right, its a double feature, featuring:

A welcome back to our small, humble corner of the galaxy!

Behind the scenes, where we don’t let our guests wander, we are working to write our Tales of Noone pilot episode. It’s a tall order to make something that conveys our colorful cast, mystical world, and peppered in a small secret or two in only a few minutes. But we truly believe that we have a story that will inspire and excite our audience just as much as it has us.

With that said, we’re a little too excited to keep our sharing with you all confined to only these small posts. And so we introduce Lumi, our very own original rig that we can use for real-time conversation!

If you would care to hear whatever we can legally and ethically say about the world of Noone, or simply want to get your geek on and goof off, we hope that you will join us over on our new Twitch channel Lumifox_Animation, where we’ll be taking this rig on a test run to see if they talk kindly with you all, or choose to revolt against their human master. Firstly, a big thank you for your patience during this lull in new content and your continued engagement across our other socials at this time. The Lumifox studio has been going through a pivotal transition period, and in the interim we have not had much to deliver to our dearest audience.

Our next chapter with this studio will be one of exploration and personal discovery, finding new ways to apply our creative talents and passions. Hello everyone!

Today, was a pretty good day for studio guidebook!

Got a lot done, completely redid the structure of the job expectation section, re worked definitions, aaaaand started the producer job expectations section! Decided to flip the order so producer is now first, that way its easier to understand the order of who does what first in production, (which honestly could be why I was having so much trouble since I was trying to do it backwards).

Any hoo! Gonna try to do more tomorrow now that I have written notes.

Hello everyone! Not much today, just finished 'emergencies updating schedule/checking assignments(for production coordinators)'. Definitely going to have to go back and organize at some point, might do that tomorrow. Someone was nice enough to be a beta reader, so ill wait till I get all their notes back tomorrow I think.

(weather update: soaked to the bone walking to work, was not smart, note to self, bring umbrella or rain coat next time (TwT )

Didn't get to do much today on the studio guidebook. I did get a page done I suppose that is still progress! Finished 'following rules of conduct (for department heads)". Tomorrow will work on 'responding to discord messaging (for department heads)'. Almost done with department heads to be honest, then I'll get to start rules for production coordinators!

Day 119 of production studio guidebook

Hello everyone!

Missed post yesterday, however, I'm not entirely sure how but I had the most productive day I have had in what feels like, since college. I felt like my old college try hard self. My house is now clean, I watched some syfy's faceoff while hand sewing my cosplay, and I am nearly done upgrading the table of contents which, is looking so professional, i'm so happy how clean and crisp it looks.

Have work early tomorrow so I think im done for tonight

Day 110 of production studio guidebook

Hello everyone!

Did a lot of revising today, want to go back again and update previous slides to make sure everything is consistent and coherent. I think it will be easier once I know each type of job's responsibilities towards a project and towards each other.

Besides that I reworked the producer's responsibilities, the slides highlighted in purple are complete, the ones in yellow still need to be worked on. I also decided to make job expectations for myself/or working executive producer on a project. For AOTG i'm working as executive producer/producer for now. I think I need to try harder to strike a balance between working on studio stuff, and cosplay stuff, because if I go too long without really thinking on this, I forget and have to relearn/reread what I have written, there's so much to keep track of, but i'm doing my best to make it as user friendly as possible.

(Weather update: I was not outside for long but it was pleasant enough!)
