Finally getting around to doing art, I did through a series of polls I made on a big discord server. Digimon, Crash and Spyro ended up in a three-way tie for which franchise I should pick some obscure characters from. Luminamon here I just picked for Digimon because they're a cutie patooie and I love them very much!

Lumimon and Shademon

So Luminamon and Shademon are kinda connected, Luminamon digivolves from Shademon. And I don't know why I like the idea of this pure wonderful bean having a shadow of pure malice and evil and multiple red...eyes...-thinks- oh crap my Hellsing fangirl brain rot is showing again.

Again I was kinda thinking of you know the theory of Haunter from Pokemon is the like shadow or ghost of Clefable? Yea I was going for that vibe. You guys get it right?

Also I think its good for the New Years Eve May we leave the bad stuff in the past, and we can start a new happier time...I am trying to be positive, -deep breath- kinda hard some times I know

KND Digimon AU: Sector QT

Numbuh 161's partner is the very energetic Pulsemon. The two met before Cyrus became a cadet and rescued Pulsemon from a group of bullies. Since then, the two have become inseparable. Pulsemon loves sports and is always on the move. He and Cyrus both share a love for thunder.

Pulsemon's second Mega form is Achillesmon. Cyrus wields the Crest of Valor and his D.I.G.I.V.I.C.E. is bright yellow.

Numbuh 162's partner is the kind-hearted Cutemon. The two met before Paloma was a cadet and nursed an injured Cutemon. She quickly took a liking to Paloma and vice versa. Cutemon of course loves cute stuff and her favorite color is any shade of pink.

Cutemon's second Mega form is Venusmon. Paloma wields the Crest of Optimism and her D.I.G.I.V.I.C.E. is rainbow.

Numbuh 163's partner is the dramatic Psychemon. The two met before Monroe was a cadet. Psychemon was abandoned by his partner and got replaced by a much stronger Digimon. He was moping in the forest when he met Monroe playing with his friends and well. He tried to cheer him up after seeing him so down, invited Psychemon to play and well, the rest is history. Psychemon shares Monore's love of theater and wants to be the first Digimon to make it big in Hollywood. He also has a crush on Cutemon.

In-Training: Tsunomon

Champion: Sangloupmon

Psychemon's second Mega form is Anubismon. Monroe wields the Crest of Passion and his D.I.G.I.V.I.C.E. is copper brown.

Numbuh 164's partner (and by extension Dee's partner since animals in the KND can't have partners so they can share with human operatives) is the lively Shoemon. They met before Judy and Dee were cadets. Shoemon was a Zerimon at the time who was hiding from Teen Ninjas who were capturing Digimon to use for their schemes. Judy took the poor Zerimon in and the two have been close since. Shoemon has a cheeky personality and is often mischievous, but is a well-meaning friend and partner.

Part of me wants to do my own personal redesign for Shademon/Luminamon Nene versions just to make them less cringe for myself.

Look, i love the concept in theory, it's just… I don't think Nene is that young but also she's definitely not that old either…!? And this makes me nervous ok…?

Luminamon Nene v. official design is better than the one from the manga though. Still concerning, but at least it is a bit better. And we need urgently an official and less cringe-ish version of Shademon Nene v. as well 💦
