As if on cue, Venti sneezed into a sleeve of his shirt, eyes watery and a groan leaving his lips. He didn’t know why, he didn’t understand it, but the cats of Mondstadt loved him. He. . . . . . Tolerated them the best he could.

“If I knew, I would’ve fixed it by now,” Complained the Archon, sniffling again and sneezing. “I guess ‘Gods’ are just. . . People too, hehe. . .”

Congratulations! Out of 71 votes, the traveler has been praised by 46 people with the aid of her friends, if I recall correctly.

But of course, we've seen the efforts of our other contender, dubbed as the Herrscher of the Void, Sirin (@stalwartembers), who made it this far to the championship with her... enigmatic presence that is quite fitting for our event. Thus, she, along with our other runner-ups, shall be awarded as well.

What our grand winner and the runner-ups will receive as prizes shall be announced later on. While we make some preparations for the awarding ceremony, I shall now give the stage once more to one of our participants of this contest.

Alhaitham was somewhat busy with taking a few books from the Akademiya library, sure, but that didn't mean he was unaware to his surroundings. Soon, he noticed the Traveler approaching and turned around to meet her.

"Hello, Lumine. What brings you here?"

"Trick or treat...~! ...Oh? You're not dressed up yet? Are you not going trick or treating with your siblings?"

She just hoped he had some sort of candy on him, because she would hate to have to trick the precious boy.

Oh! Halloween, right!

"Oh, uhmm," Freminet started patting down his pockets, looking for any candy he may have on him. "Probably not... I... I've never gone trick-or-treating before, and I don't really know what I'd dress up as anyway..."

Freminet sighed. He left the house without any snacks, again. "I-I'm sorry, Traveller... I don't have any sweets..."

— And from the looks of it... He isn't aware of the 'trick' part of the custom, either. After all, that's just part of the saying, right? It doesn't mean anything.

Freminet couldn't just leave the Traveler be to the hands of these mekas, he was venturing around the fields of Fontaine searching for spare meka parts that must've dropped but stumbled upon the scene unfolding.

"L-LUMINE!"

He raced towards Lumine, taking note of the one meka about to dish out the final blow as he quickly swung his claymore to counter.

As the meka was struggling to regain control, the diver felt another lash at his back.

He gritted his teeth in pain but shook it off, nailing the opposing machine with a powerful strike of his claymore before lifting the wounded Traveler on his injured back.

He then took off with alarming speed to get away from their foes, making sure not to slow down, even for a second.

As he reached a safer spot, he collapsed near what looked to be a hospital. Thank goodness.

Despite not being originally from this World, Lumine had a particular fondness for the Mondstadt-native flower.

At times when she nearly lost hope in the search of her brother, she would sit by the Statue of the Seven at Windrise and simply watch the red petals spin around in the wind.

Of course, she had plenty of them in her inventory already, but a couple of more would not hurt, right? Perhaps this person needed the extra Mora, in which case she would gladly help out.

"I will take five of them, please."

Kassandria beamed. "Coming right up!" She reached over a row of flowers, into one of the vases she had on display and carefully plucked four more from a boquette of Windwheel Asters. She was skilful enough that she did not tangle them. She then placed them on a sheet of paper on the table behind the rows of flowers and wrapped them into a pretty bouquet.

"They were picked two days ago, so they should last you a while," Kassandra explained. "I just got back yesterday with those and several other Mondstadt speciality flowers."

"Might I ask where you're from?" Kas herself was well travelled having been to Mondstadt, Sumeru, and currently residing in Liyue, but this traveller didn't wear the apparel seen in any of those nations.

Such a sweet and caring person. Tighnari never came across many with a heart as pure as Lumine's. It was no surprise as to why she ended up joining the Adventurer's Club.

With a tender smile, Tighnari walked close to the blond, his tail gently swaying from side to side.

❝ Well... I was hoping to get a large variety of flowers. Perhaps Windwheel Asters would be a good addition for the Flower Festival. ❞

His ears perked up with her suggestions, happy to know that he would have someone with him who was just as enthusiastic about plant life as he. He could have been stuck with Bennett, or Fischl, but no. Perhaps it was just a stroke of good luck.

❝ I hope you don't mind a short walk to the flower shop. I had completely forgotten my travel card this morning so had to walk to school. ❞

He ashamedly admitted as they walked out of the school gates together. It wasn't as though it was a long walk to the slower shop, but carrying all those seedlings back may take its toll on their arms.

Busy as always, Thoma hardly feels like there's much room for a break in his schedule these days. If not as if he doesn't mind, but it becomes much more noticeable as the days get more bustling during the more fuller months. If it's not housework at the estate, it's running about Narukami Island for a variety of reasons. Festivities at Ritou, errands in the main city, and other tasks of the similar sort. Leave it to Thoma to get it done by the end of the day and still have time to spend with the Estate's lord and lady, whether it be preparing a warm dinner or being whisked away to hot pot.

Thus when he does have spare time between tasks, he uses it to quietly take time for himself.

Crouched beneath a tree near the shore sits the retainer, in the process of breaking half of an onigiri to a nearby stray. There's a warm, tired gaze in his eyes as he greets it, smiling gently as it takes the food gingerly from his hand.

”There you are, buddy… You must've been real hungry, huh?“

Honestly! It's interchangeable. If you have Stringless in stock, I'd recco just slapping that on her too. Only stipulation is if you're using her with reaction teams or not. If it's just the raw dps you want from her, slap an ATK sands, or if she's getting more reaction oriented? EM!

That said. I say just go for the best sands you happen to find on her first. Trying to wait for one or another will be a pain. Then from there, you can slap her into a team that gets the most benefit from that.
