During this practice I felt a little distracted. My mind was else where and honestly feeling slightly guilty for not seizing the opportunity to brighten up other people's day by rushing to get to my practice. I feel my anti-social tendencies acting up in in this moment. This introversion always make me feel guilty when I know I also want to be there for others and be present in the moment. For that I feel some regret for missing a possible connection with the people that surround me. I think it's a lot to do with I don't know what to say or how to be at times. Of course, I am myself but that often leads to me to feeling some how segregated since my tendency is to be alone or barely interact. Some people might read this and think I'm being dramatic, hash and feeling bad for my decisions that I make ("cry me river ",or, "change your attitude", concept). Right now I'm just reflecting on this feeling I had. Reflecting on how you have little moments of regret and longing in the least expected moments.
