I'VE MADE IT AAAAA, May I request some Mudad with a goth daughter who insists that being goth isn't a phase? (Im totally not a goth)

I’m sorry if it is short. Please enjoy.

A steady hand that held the lightest of trembles in it, holding the black eye-liner as still as possible, not wanting to ruin the flow of the pattern. [Name] held her breath, eyes steeled on close attention as she applied more eyeliner, finishing one eye and blinking. 

It was off by a few millimetres but it was obvious. “Damn.” She muttered, grabbing a tissue and removing the make-up from her eye, cleaning the area and getting ready to start again. What was she doing wrong? She has seen her father apply his make-up like this, presenting flawless results of golden eyes that could cut skin like a knife. And yet, hers could barely scrape skin. She did feel a little envious of this. 

Taking a breath, she tried to calm herself to be able to focus more before trying to pick up the eye-liner again for a second attempt. Her hand still shook lightly. She sighed again, tempted to just give up but the irritating determination festering inside her would not allow her to until she had finished. She wanted to get this done. 

“What on Earth are you wearing?” He questioned, raising a brow a little as he motioned to her outfit. [Name] looked down at her clothing, a black sweatshirt with a black and red pleated plaid skirt, black pantyhose and some black platform shoes. 

“Um, my outfit?” she spoke, light uncertainty coating her words at her father’s question. 

“I can see that, but why wear such things?” He spoke, his face somewhat hidden by the shadows though his golden eyes could be seen. Sharp and bright. [Name] shrugged her shoulders, 

“I like this style.” She simply answered, smiling lightly at him before twirling a little, letting him see her outfit fully. Dio sighed softly at this, knowing that his daughter was going through a small few different clothing phases but kept his lips shut. He did like seeing her happy, finding who she is beside just his daughter. “I know it’s a bit different, father, but I like it. And no, it is not a phase, I promise.” 

He chuckled softly at this, his eyes soft somewhat at that before they shifted down to the make-up and the wipes. “Struggling?” He motioned to the mess and she nodded a little. 

“Yeah. My hand keeps shaking a bit and I can’t get it straight like I did the other.” She answered, motioning to her one finished eye and the other empty one. With a light smile, he pointed at the edge of the bathtub for her to sit while he approached, picking up the eyeliner. 

“Just sit and relax. Let me sort this for you.” he smiled before looking at her finished eye and began to apply the make-up on her. His hand steady, focused, yet also relaxed. She smiled a little. 

“Thank you, father.” She sat still, letting him continue. He smiled at this. 

“You’re welcome, my daughter.”

↪︎ firstly, i’d like to say that i have already cleared out my inbox because of the new rules i’ve set. don’t worry because i left out a few of the ones i’m working on and i promise to post them during january. i’ll be closing my requests for a bit but they’ll be re-opened by next year.

↪︎ second, i’d like to say thank you. there are many people whom i’ve met here that are so kind and sweet. all of you deserves praise for spreading such positivity and motivating me to stay here,

↪︎ but thirdly, i’d announce that i will be on a short break on tumblr, probably a few days of refreshing my mind again, hang out with my grandparents. be me. i realized just how tired i keep getting whenever i don’t see any notifications, interactions and when i do, i just am so tired to answer them. it’s unfair to all of you. to the anons who keep calling me out for the smallest things, i don’t blame you. i know i’m an imperfect person, but they just come at the times that i am so down and everything gets messed up. my mind is such a messy place that i start to realize; i am losing who i am. i can write, but i lost the passion to run this blog anymore. if i keep going up to people’s standards without standing up for myself, isn’t that such a cruel life? i wanted to deactivate, but it would just mean i’ve given up. i’m not giving up on myself, and i hope you guys won’t too.

↪︎ lastly, i’d like to thank all the people tagged under this line. you guys made me want to always log in here and do what i have always been passionate about ever since i was ten. even with this pandemic and distance, you made my days.

Why people shouldn't be using Latinx?

Uhhh, Spanish is a gendered language and the Latino community doesn't like it when you change our language.

Like, first, some of us can't pronounce that.

Second, Americans (started as a trend by white TikTok girls) are trying to change it so we can be 'inclusive' even though our language is inclusive.

I mean, i.e, personajes. The word personajes is inclusive, because you can't tell if it's just men or women, so it can include a bunch of other folks too. There's not an a or an o. (Most of the time, these two letters indicate if a word is masculine or feminine.)
