I don’t know TOO much about Sonic lore, but I don’t think we ever see Silver’s future after 06, at least not in games. So you could really just make up whatever you want about it and it could be true and or it could not, we have no idea. Maybe I’m wrong about that. But I like to think that Silver goes around a ruined city collecting old DVDs and watching them, but he can only find bad movies, and he thinks all movies are just like that. Like his favorite movies are just stuff like Mac and Me and he thinks all film is just like that. Or maybe a kinda cheesy rom com like “You Got Mail,” and he’s fascinated by it cause the future has no internet, so he thinks internet is like how that 90s Tom Hanks movie portrays it. Just my thoughts, I doubt anything in canon disprove this, but maybe I’m wrong, like I said I don’t know much about Sonic lore, so who knows.
