So, did I ever mentioned the fact Stygian had a band?

-Stygian is the vocalist, kinda obvious. Anyways I also gave him a grunt form, to not be recognized? Let's say the Empoyers are known at some extent.

-The G03LM is meant to be the drummer, I think I called him Cerberus. The reason is that I like the idea of some big guy in the group and I liked the edgy name (I like G03LM's in general tbh).

-The other grunt is the guitarist. I themed her based on Calandiva's flowers (and it was also her name), but in this new version she wears a Chrysanthemum and I don't really know how to name her now.

I'll be honest that I don't know much about band building, so excuse me if I got it wrong.

experimenting with employers.. mmm. shapes

also sleepy delib. more headcanons below cut

i like to think that each employer has an important task in nevada, bringing order, keeping the inhabitants alive. and they control each part of the world. Auditor is supposed to keep the other place/purgatory under control (and well, getting a bit distracted with hank.), conductor provides grunts with water to drink, stygian deals with dissonance/S3LF energy within nevada and keeps it stable, and delib oversees the border of nevada itself/the nowhere.

employers arent supposed to mess around with nevadeans directly, so the other employers think auditor is kind of. Messing up whats he supposed to be doing. quite an idiot, but they still respect him even if hes kind of stupid, conductor, especially, is the one who communicates with the auditor the most, because of their agency contracts.

they talk in this weird flowery god language, and always refer to nevadeans as lowly mortals. the employers refer to eachother as "brother/sister" (they have no concern for gender so it interchanges). when theyre at a dinner table auditor is the yapper. stygian likes to tease at auditor. "getting rusty, brother?" conductor just quietly sits and sips his tea. delib is completely absent from the table and Nobody knows where they are. stygian and auditor keeps bickering with eachother and they have this sibling rivalry thing going on.

also conductor moves like. a snake. how do i explain this. his tail slithers when he moves on the ground (audi and stygian prefers to be in the air) and i think delib just disappears into a mist and reappears behind people without really "walking" or floating towards them

theyre also kind of referred to as gods in their own way. like auditor = the angered god conductor = the peaceful god delib = the sleeping god stygian = the deceitful god

this is hard to explain but, each employer has their own theming. auditor is an intimidating business boss, conductor's a wise dapper. stygian is the snarky jester. and delib is the Beast, and will be angered if awoken.

General Employer Headcanons 

I mushed all the Employer HC’s into one since I sadly don’t have a lot for them 

Auditor 

With Auditor being in Nevada it’s not too far off to think they’ve started to indulge in the material world, becoming attached to things, liking certain conveniences. Sugary drinks as an example. 

Speaking of sugary drinks, I see sugary coffee addict but I raise to you caffeinated energy drink addict instead 

Detests Deliberator for their ties to fate and destiny, why does the one who does little to change things get so much power instead of the one who would do things? Change things! (Sir have you considered that you are simply a fool?) 

Stygian 

While they don’t mess with mortals as heavily as Auditor does, they do like to screw around with the limited powers they can project into Nevada. This is why a cult for Stygian exists. 

I think the gateway to hell that they lead to is submerged in waterlike substance (in a reference to the Styx River) 

Grunts around Stygian feel a deep-seated sense of dread, like something wrong is going to happen 

Conductor 

I feel like the Conductor has some ties to Time and Space, it’s hard to explain but it just feels like it fits with their name, conductors of all types typically help things run smoothly, keep things moving forward, as result I also think they manage it a little more than the other Employers in their respective territory, cleaning up any possible errors in the system running it to still follow the janitorial role Krinkles said all the Employers follow 

The hell that their body leads to is distorted and constantly fluctuating, kind of like the Distorted World from Pokemon but more severe. 

If they ever visit Nevada the area around them will feel more... solid if that makes sense 

Deliberator 

Deliberator is another spelling for Deliberate, to do things on purpose, so I give them ties to Fate and Destiny, and with how Krinkles has talked about making Fate and Destiny terrifying instead of mystical and so on I like the idea I feel it fits them most. 

Doesn't mess with Nevada and focuses on their job  

The gateway to hell in Deliberators body leads to is the most unique one in my opinion, their hell is filled with chains, ropes, and strings of varied thickness connected to every surface. 

I see a lot of interpretations making Deliberator more youthful in nature, and while I like those HC’s those interpretations don’t fit too well with mine, I see Deliberator as more serious and find those who try to mess with Fate and Destiny fools. 

Because of this they don’t really like Auditor that much, since the guy loves trying to mess with and change fate. 

Bonus! Shared HCs for all of them 

None of them care what pronouns they’re called 

Staring at them too long can cause a headache, something something trying to comprehend beings that are otherworldly and realistically should have never been seen in Nevada. 

Adding onto that, they trigger the uncanny valley effect on others so it’s really unsettling to look at them for a long time 

Sorry this took so long to come out, i was really weeding through ideas for these bois
