This Mexican sardine run happens during several weeks and usually all within a 10 mile radius. Its not uncommon to have multiple baitballs at the same time, sometimes only within several meters between each other. Fishing here would be like shooting a dog in a veterinary or a hen in a chicken farm and yet some sportfishermen are fishing over 300 marlin a day.
