Based on an ACTUAL conversation I had with my crush.

Alex: Can I tell you something that’s driving me insane?

Magnus: Oh! Yeah, of course. You can tell my anything.

Alex: Thanks. So I like this guy and I haven’t like anyone in months, so it’s weird. He’s so dorky, and I flirt with him all the time, he even flirts back, but it’s like he doesn’t realize? He’s adorable, and probably one of my closest friends—though I really don’t tell him anything. He guesses everything like my gender correctly. I don’t know how he does it. It’s insane.

Magnus: That’s so… that’s so sweet, Alex. Can I ask who it is?

Alex: Magnus.

Magnus: What?

Alex: This is why I don’t tell you anything.

Magnus: Wait-wait is it because I asked who? I’m sorry.

Headcanon #1 (Magnus Chase)

Magnus is great with languages. He learned ASL in a few months, on the streets, with only Blitz and Hearth as teachers. Before his mother's death, he already spoke English, French, German and Polish. When he got to Valhalla he learned Spanish, Old Norse, Swedish, Latin, and Italian.

Alex watched in amusement as he learned Gaelic in 4 weeks, only so he and Mallory can insult people without them understanding a single word they're saying.

I love Magnus Chase for how insane everything is. Like you think the situations in PJO are crazy? Imagine bowling with giants to save to world only to realize they tricked you and you’ve been bowling into the white mountains in New Hampshire and you have to hold hands and glow to shut the portal. Heey! It's me again to ask for more Alex hehe. So, how would be if the reader get seriously injured in a battle after protecting Alex? Like, they would be bleeding in front of she/he, and then trying to confess through a kiss, because they don't want to risk dying without doing it, but everything turn out right, with reader getting healed in time to wake after some time out. Alex Fierro x Reader

A/N we are not gonna fact check me on wounds because yeah. Anyway i hope you enjoy!!! i love writing for alex

You were running around trying to find your friends or well one specific one. What happened was that you along with many others had to go on a quest. No surprise there but after you all found a place to rest monsters along with some other demigods started to fight you all. At some point you got separated from Alex and were now trying to find her. 

Instead you stumbled across Magnus. 

“Where's Alex?” You asked immediately

“I think i saw her over there last time” He pointed toward your right and then quickly left to go fight another monster. 

You ran to where he pointed and noticed Alex using her garrote wire on a monster. She sliced the monster's head and stumbled off. 

“Alex!” 

Her head snapped to you and you both ran toward each other. There was blood all over her shirt and you weren't sure if it was hers or others. 

“Hey you ok?” Alex asked after she grabbed your hand and pulled you into a hidden area. 

“I'm fine are you?” 

Alex sighed “They got blood all over my favorite shirt”

“That's what you're worried about?” You raised an eyebrow.

“Yes” 

You laughed a little and you both took in a breath. Maybe you should confess now? Alex didn't know that you liked her but this time seems better than any. 

Before you could speak up you noticed a demigod behind her with a bow. An arrow notched in, aimed right at her back.

You shoved her out of the way and the arrow hit you. You didn't feel it at first but then a blinding pain came and you stumbled back against a wall. 

You could faintly hear Alex scream your name. You slowly went down against the wall as you saw threw blurry vision that the demigod who shot you ran away. 

Alex stumbled to you and put her hands on the wound. 

“We need to keep pressure until Magnus comes Magnus he can heal you” She mumbled to herself as if she was reassuring herself

“I-its ok Alex it doesn't hurt” 

“Don't lie” Alex said as she took a deep breath.

“I'm not” And you weren't. You didn't feel the pain. You knew you might die as you weren't in Valhalla. 

Alex continued to press on the wound and keep pressure. 

“Your’re not dying” 

You smiled. Maybe you should just confess now instead of dying with the secret.

“A-alex i need to tell you something” 

“No, tell me after when you're fine” Alex shook her head.

“There may not be an after Alex please” 

Alex closed her eyes but nodded for you to continue.

“You know I've a-always liked you a lot.” 

Her eyes snapped open and stared into yours. 

You leaned forward as much as you could and kissed her. She kissed back and you broke apart after a few seconds. 

“At least i've done that” 

Alex laughed with a few tears in her eyes that she refused to let fall. 

“Your gonna be fine Y/n” 

“Sure..” Your eyes drooped as you said it but you kept them open.

“Magnus!!” Alex screamed as your eyes finally closed. 

Magnus must have been near as he immediately came and ran to you both. 

He dropped right beside you and moved Alex's hands and replaced them with his own 

“Heal them”  Alex demanded. 

Magnus nodded and quickly assessed what happened. An arrow was still in your stomach so he gently pulled it out hoping you were still unconscious. 

You stayed still so he finally got the arrow out. 

He held his hands over the wound and let the magic flow through his veins. His hands glowed and Alex could see the wound close. 

After the wound closed Alex stayed there and asked “Is it over?”

“Yes it's done we need to get them back to Valhalla” 

Alex nodded then watched Magnus pick you up and bring you to the rest of the group. 

Luckily a door into Vallhalla was only a few miles away. 

They finally got you there and put you in your room. The healing would happen more quickly now that you were in Valhalla.

“You can leave Magnus, I'm gonna stay here” Alex said as she moved a chair next to your bed. 

“Ok just come and get me if anything happens” Magnus turned to leave and then shut the door behind him. 

After a few hours Alex was gonna leave to go to her room until she saw your eyes open. 

“Y/n are you ok?” 

You groaned and tried to sit up. Alex helped and put some pillows behind your back. 

“I'm fine. Sore but fine” 

It was silent for a few minutes until Alex spoke up “So you like me?” She teased with a smirk on her face. 

“Shut up” You rolled your eyes at her. 

She smirked again but kept quiet. Maybe almost dying was worth it.

Question about Magnus Chase fan art

Just a bit curious, how come a bunch of fanart I see has Magnus as black? Is it just too match Annabeth from the show?

I have no problem with the girl playing her, I’m just confused cause in my head Magnus is white with blond hair so when ever I see these I get confused cause I feel like I don’t recognize him. Especially since it looks to me a little bit weird with blond dreadlocks.

Same thing with Alex. I picture her as like Hispanic at most but a bunch of art has her as kind of dark.

Like I said, I’m not having a problem with inclusion at all. I love these books, but like I said, I just have to stare at pictures a lot just to figure out who is featured.
