　　　　　　　　　　　　　𝐷　　 　𝑒　　　𝑎　　 　𝑑 　　 ! 　　　　　　　　　　　　　Uranus 𝙖𝙣𝙙 M𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙚 ╱𝟣𝟦 𝗀𝗂𝗎𝗀𝗇𝗈 𝟩𝟩 　　　　　　　　　　　　　—　　　#arestomomentumrpg. 　　 　                                  Maisie 　　　　　　　Seduta a terra, scomposta, un bicchiere di succo di zucca in una mano ed un tovagliolo bianco nell'altra, Maisie aveva un'aria stralunata. Teneva la schiena contro la parete dell'ingresso che dava alla Sala Grande, e osserva gli studenti tornare nelle rispettive Sala Comuni guidati dal proprio capocasa. 　

　　　　　　　Avrebbe dovuto essere anche lei con i Tassorosso. Pomona Sprite, la sua capocasa, era dentro che radunava i suoi studenti. Maisie tuttavia non voleva saperne di rientrare; non dopo quello che era accaduto.

　　　　　　　Si alzò frettolosamente per infilarsi dietro la grossa porta spalancata, quando passarono i suoi compagni; lasciando a terra il bicchiere con il succo. Professori come Filiius Vitious, uscendo dalla Sala e trovandola lì a terra, le avevano detto di aspettare lì che tanto i suoi compagni sarebbero usciti a breve. Ed era quel che aveva fatto... più o meno.

　　　　　　　‹‹　Aspen! Aspen, ptss!　›› era un'abitudine, quella di chiamare le persone per il secondo nome. Se lo conosceva, è ovvio. Gli fece cenno con la mano un paio di volte. Sperava riuscisse ad uscire dalla fila senza dare troppo nell'occhio.

　                                  Uanus Uranus si guardava intorno stralunato, cercava di capire se l’espressione terrorizzata ce l’aveva solo lui o anche i suoi compagni. Lui era un mezzosangue e neanche così abile con la bacchetta. Era appena finito il quarto anno quindi se qualcuno lo volesse morto ci riuscirebbe sicuramente. Non era così felice di tornare a casa con Voldemort nei paraggi. Avrebbe passato l’estate con un forte ansia perenne. Non vedeva l’ora di ritornare in sala comune, così da correre in camera e rifugiarsi sotto le coperte, a piangere magari. Ultimo della fila e con la testa china per via della preoccupazione che lo stava assalendo, non si era accorto che la sorella di Thomas Mulciber, quel Thomas Mulciber, cercava la sua attenzione sibilando quasi. Si girò verso la sua voce perché la sentì pronunciare il suo secondo nome; Aspen. « S... Steno? » Strabuzzò gli occhi quando la vide, non accorgendosi del bicchiere ai suoi piedi. Avvicinandosi, lo calciò rovesciando tutto il succo che c’era all’interno. « PER GIOVE!!!! »

　                                  Maisie 　　　　　　　Maisie era una disadattata; a fare amicizie non aveva problemi, né tantomeno ne aveva a mantenere saldo un rapporto. I meccanismi li conosceva tutti. Eppure, ovunque si trovasse, aveva sempre il sentore d’essere fuori posto. Essere affiancata da personaggi come Uranus, infatti, se per qualcuno poteva rappresentare un dramma, per lei invece era un sollievo. I casi umani la facevano sentire meno… diversa. 　　　　　　　Questo naturalmente non significava che apprezzasse al cento per cento la loro compagnia. Sarebbe stata pazza, in quel caso! Le davano ai nervi tanto quanto gli altri studenti di Hogwarts, forse persino di più, ma lo riteneva un giusto prezzo da pagare. Dopotutto, quella che offriva lei non era vera amicizia e, è triste dirlo, quelli neppure se ne accorgevano. 　　　　　　　‹‹　ST-sta zitto cretino　›› soffiò arrabbiata, strattonandolo per un braccio fino a nasconderlo dietro alla porta insieme a lei. Per sicurezza gli tappò la bocca con l’altra mano; rifilandogli un’occhiataccia che avrebbe potuto incenerirlo. 　　　　　　　Assicuratasi che avesse capito di non dover far rumore, lo lasciò andare ed azzardò una sbirciatina fuori del loro nascondiglio. Fortunatamente Uranus era uno degli ultimi della fila, il rumore del bicchiere aveva insospettito solo un paio di studenti. ‹‹　Bene, devi accompagnarmi a fare una cosa…　›› 

　                                  Uanus Quella sera era stata devastante per lui; iniziò starnutendo potentemente addosso ad una ragazza, aveva parlato con la Tassorosso, suo capitano della squadra che gli aveva causato la sua prima erezione e Jamie, un ragazzo a suo parere fin troppo espansivo. La ciliegina sulla torta fu investire Miguel con una gomitata e averlo baciato scivolandogli addosso. Aveva dato quindi il suo primo bacio grazie alla sua sbadataggine. La serata finì con Maisie che stava violando il suo spazio vitale toccandolo e respirandogli addosso. Dopo aver cercato di darsi un controllo e capire la situazione delicata in cui si stava trovando, si calmò guardandosi intorno e domandarsi per quale motivo fosse stato “rapito” da lei. « Ac-Accompagnarti dici? » Sussurrò. Uranus era rimasto esterrefatto dalle sue parole, non riusciva a capire come la sorella del ragazzo più pericoloso della scuola volesse essere accompagnata dal lui, il ragazzino più sfigato della scuola. Non poteva chiedere a suo fratello? Strabuzzò gli occhi, guardandola in modo strano, come se fosse impazzita. « Non credo sia una buona idea, ti vedo molto furtiva e io sono... insomma... mi conosci! » Tutto lo conoscevano. Uranus era la persona più impacciata e combina guai di Hogwarts. « Perché non chiedi a... M-Mulciber? » Disse quel cognome a voce alta, con la fifa palpabile tra i denti.

the "Bakugo ripping off Deku's head and eating it in front of everyone" thing immediately made me think of "Uranus Devouring His Son", and yeah. At this rate, it's like whoever decided to put Zangoose, a MONGOOSE, and Seviper, a S N E K and mortal enemy of the Zangoose, in the same egg group and thus enabling them to breed! It's like at least friend-shipping Maisie Lockwood and the Indoraptor! *JonTron style* S T O P ! ! !

Ironically, I actually like Zangoose and Seviper being able to breed, simply because it’s hilariously weird and ironic. That and Zangoose and Seviper are each an entire species rather than being two individual characters, so the argument can be made that some of them can develop a different dynamic.

Also, I’m not sure I’d go so far as to call it “like friend shipping Maisie and the Indoraptor”, partly because I largely refuse to accept JW: Fallen Kingdom’s existence and partly because the dynamic isn’t technically THAT terrible (for all the faults with it, at the very least Deku can and usually will defend himself).

But otherwise, yeah.

Hi Maisie! There's something I was wondering and if you don't want to answer it it's okay. I read Rotten Judgement and it was brilliant but I don't understand why Bucky said that they could feel pain now that he shared his immortality with her. He was in pain when he drank Pierce's poison. I'm a little confused but again it was amazing

I love when you guys find weird incoherence in my stories 😂

Basically, in Greek mythology, the venom of the Lernaean Hydra is so strong that it can hurt an immortal and make them give up their immortality. Heracles once wounded a god with an arrow dipped in the blood of the Hydra. They gave up their immortality bc the pain was too much.

Same with the adamantine dagger, it can cut through immortal flesh. Cronus castrated Uranus with a dagger of that mineral. 

So Pierce can hurt Hades!Bucky with the poison and dagger, but if you stabbed him with a regular knife he wouldn’t feel it. After Hades!Bucky agreed to share his immortality with Reader, they’re both immortal bc it comes from the same source, but it’s not enough to protect them from pain. I hope this clears things up :)
