Bosu Ball Squat - This is a balance exercise, not strength. The bosu ball makes for an unbalanced platform, so your body needs to use more core and stabilizers to perform the move. - You need good form to keep from falling over. It's a good way of checking if you put your weight too far forward when squatting (like I sometimes do). - I added a light weight bar for extra resistance but don't do this heavy.
