Recovery! Ice Bath!

If you just completed a long run and have more planned for tomorrow - There is a great way to fight soreness. Ladies and Gentleman…the ice bath. 

My personal Manly Vegan Tips:

-The first thing is obvious, mind over matter.  Its simple but hard to accomplish. Focus on something else. I like to have someone to talk to while in the bath. 

-I use 4-6 bags of ice depending on how crazy im feeling. 

-Nothing over 20min

-Provide an exit strategy. Once you are out have towels at the ready and get yourself dry
