A New Series

If you can count me posting the various ship templates, my weekly posting of Masaki Hinaoka screenshots from Wave!! Surfing Yappe!! and similar posts are “series” I’ve decided to undertake a new one. A little bit of backstory before we start however.

Ten years ago, a certain television channel existed here in the US called G4. Some of you might remember it for various shows like Attack of the Show, Proving Ground, Code Monkeys and as the English distributor of the Japanese reality show Sasuke and Kunoichi, known in outside of Japan as “Ninja Warrior” and “Women on Ninja Warrior”. In it’s final year of operation, they aired a five part special called, “The Top 100 Video Games of all Time” and in order to promote it, they added a widget onto Facebook that let people list their Top Five games of all time. Seeing as how this year is almost over, it’s the Tenth Anniversary of the special, and the G4 Relaunch sadly met the same fate as the original, I decided it would be a good way to wrap up the year by going back and updating the list I made back then, expanding it to my Top 10 Video Games of All Time, and in the honor of my personal favorite G4 show, X-Play (A Show on Television) I’ll also be offering my review on them. Now seeing as there are A LOT of games that I had on the short list (like a metric ASSTON) I’ll also be sharing two Honorable Mentions per entry, with a review of them coming sometime next year probably. I hope you look forward to it and remember that this is MY personal opinion, yours will more than likely be totally different from mine but I’m mostly doing this. I can’t find that post (no matter how hard I search for it >_<) but I can tell you right now my pick for Top Video Game of All Time was Super Smash Bros. Melee. The rest of the list that I can remember was Star Ocean Till the End of Time, Tales of Vesperia (the crappy Xbox 360 version cause the PS3 version still hadn’t been released outside of Japan and I didn’t import a copy of it for the longest time) and those are the only two I can remember.

Another Halloween but not exactly Halloween inspired wave fanart

Idk where the pokemon theme came from but it has had me in a chokehold for the past like month

I've definitely got some notes about this that I don't like (looking at you Isokichi, who in fairness was added in last minute to hide the fact that Kosuke was hovering (speaking of whom, Kosuke I'm sorry))
