given the number of times we see metal with some kind of rocket/some other vehicle i’d like to think he unironically likes having something else do the work (flying/going fast/etc) for him sometimes
#the same could probably be said about shadow and his motorcycle#this is a thinly veiled way of saying i still lowkey want to figure out a way#to get metal a flying vehicle thing like in all stars racing transformed and shadow a bike in second chance au#i do think even second chance shadow would find a certain novelty in a bike and going fast just to go fast#but in a way that did not require effort on his part#since i also think him going fast on foot isn’t as natural to him as it is to sonic#but where would they… keep them#how would they bring these big vehicles around with them to other worlds and whatnot#maybe starbound logic where they’re basically summoned from a little pod item or something idk#i just want good fun things for my boys 😭#sea talks
