Can I just talk about this for a minute?

Choice one makes it seem like it's you telling your jealous boyfriend that this person is "just a friend, so there's no reason to worry". The second choice makes it seem like you're nervously going "yea.... he's just my friend" when you know full well you have a crush on him. Just saying.
