IM Not My Parents Legacy Challenge - Base Game Version

Background:

Hello everyone! I hope you're doing great. After receiving a lot of love for my original challenge, I thought I'd make it available for everyone, even if they don't have the necessary packs for it. This was something I've been meaning to do for a long time, and I finally have the time to sit down and perfect it for the base game. Firstly, I'd like to express my gratitude to all of you for the love and support you've shown on the original challenge. For those who are not familiar with it, you can find it here. I'd also like to give a shout-out to everyone who provided feedback and pointed out any issues so that I could make it even better.

Information:

I want to clarify that this is the base version and not the unmodded version. So, if you do not play with mods, I request you to be patient as I am working on a version that will cater to your needs. Please consider these rules as guidelines rather than strict requirements. Also, you will find that this challenge is less strict about money, and more about what your sims can do. My thoughts when creating this challenge were since I can't use all the packs I was aiming to make more gameplay and storytelling opportunities than to have strict rules!

Wicked Whims (18+).. okay hear me out, I was a wonderful whims girlie for so long BUT wicked whims posing features?? UNMATCHED.

No New Random Generated Townies... self-explanatory

LGBTQIA Mod, It makes it easier to have a variety of sims with different gender identities and seuxalities!

Chipped Sim Parenting Tweaks (allows grounding)

Steady Sit & Seat Any Sim... also self-explanatory!

decided to give a few of my ogs a makeover =3  considering doing a legacy/restarting their old legacy so i thought i should give them some cas looove.

top left is polly luni, main character of my old escapism story. she was a hybrid alien, but i decided to make her a full one with cas. it was always in my plans to have her become a full alien, but i never got far enough in the story so -shrug-. did it with mccomand center.

next to her is brier luni, her older sister. she’s the gen 2 heiress of my old not so berry legacy, and one of the leading investigators in my exploration of the strangerville pack. she was always meant to go back to strangerville and live there permanently to continue the not so berry, but i got side tracked with escapism.

bottom left is erwin pries, infamous strangerville townie. he was part of my not so berry legacy/strangerville story and helped solve that mystery. he fell for brier along the way. he is slated to marry her, and i may continue the nsb with them but idk. we’ll see.

last but not least, bottom right is solar belle. he was the gen 2 baby of my friend’s alien legacy (Aquadoxx, but the blog and posts are gone now). i asked to borrow him for my escapism story and he just kinda stuck around. said friend is not on simblr anymore and has basically given solar to me, so i consider him my bab. he’s meant to marry polly.

keep in mind all of these posts were like...old and not very well edited because i was so bad with screenshots and stuff. it got a little better as time went on but they don’t get really clean and polished and reshade-y until a few posts into escapism lol

I have a love/hate relationship with MCComand Center. The hate part comes from when there are settings I don’t know about or I missed during set up and then I have to spend half an hour going through my NSB save and replacing all the townie families that spawned twins and triplets out of nowhere because even though i have the pregnancyy percentage set to low somehow that still means 100% and every single townie must have ALL THE BABIES

In McComand center how to pro long the pregnancy settings / and is there a mod to be able to change a sims wardrobe if your not currently playing with them

                                   THE "FARM LIFE" CHALLENGE

- Create 2 sims. (recomended a married couple) - 75000 simoleons as a starter. (72000 for building 3000 for living) - You MUST live on a lot which is atleast 50x50 and onwards - You build a house, a section with crops(for every crop a line e.g tomatoes one line grapes other line), a section where you will grow trees (e.g aplles or pears), and a STORAGE section (where you will keep all your crops, and materilas which you will later on sell.) - During the week your sims have to work, however they can't have a career. - All the materials and crops collected within the week are to be stored in the STORAGE section. - Every sunday you MUST sell everything leaving the STORAGE section empty. - After selling the minimum to earn is 1000, if not then you lose and the challenge is over. - If you have only earned a minim sum for the week then next week you will do 1000 more than normal. - Average weekly earning is 2000, if so then you have no worries and you can carry on. And if you need to earn 1000 more due to last week, then you will have to make 3000, if not it goes on onto the next week. - Maximum weekly earning is 3000 (without the last weeks 1000, with a 1000, 4000 is the maximum) - If you earn the maximum then after earning 3000 a week in a row, you have the privelege to add another sim to the family. - He/She will be a worker, who is NOT to be paid, but only have food and a little section built to the house as a place to live in. - If during 4 weeks you earn 3000 in a row then you can get another worker, all the rules are the same. - However after geting one worker you have to start againon having 4 week in row of 3000 simoleons a week. - Once you have 2 workers, you can get your self a PET section where you will breed your pets and sell their offspring/children. ( I recommend you to install the MCCOmand Centre as it allows more than 8 sims in a family.) - All pets are yo live outside, in build cages - Once you have 2 workers and atleast 4 pets your weekly earning will be:  - minimum = 3000  - average = 4000  - maximum = 5000 - The challenge ends when the owners of the farm die. - If you are willing to carry on then the farm is to be passed on to the worker(s). - If you have any issues/problems: https://pineapple-si.tumblr.com/
