Trained mainly pull today but I also worked a few chest and shoulder exercises since I only had one quick workout for push yesterday. My numbers felt a little weak today but I’m shooting for consistency this week. Mel and I said on this Monday “new week, same goals” 😆 usually it’s ‘new week, new goals’ but some weeks are just like this. Consistency. Been working at doing more cardio and jogging the whole time.
