Trained mainly pull today but I also worked a few chest and shoulder exercises since I only had one quick workout for push yesterday. My numbers felt a little weak today but I’m shooting for consistency this week. Happy National Day Bulgaria 🇧🇬 Mel’s drink tasted like pink crayons and I couldn’t figure out mine. It reminds me of the green 3D can which tastes like yummy energy drink sprite ? Yesterday was push day! Picture 2 is an example of why I don’t take pics or videos while working out 😂 I just can’t get it right and takes too much time trying to find a good angle or get the full view 🤣 cardio was amazing yesterday too. Monday I really focused on training my biceps. I usually work back along with it, but I decided I’d split it up a bit. I used dumbbells, barbells, cable towers, smith, and a few machines. It felt great because so many times I just use a couple dumbbells and machines and I’m done. I’m working even harder these days. Evening walk on the bridge with a friend, then session at #crunchdiberville. Tuesday’s focus was chest and triceps. Again, used all the equipment that I could and mixed it up a bit.
