if you’re a picky eater and you’re trying to learn to like more things shout outs to you because it is HARD to shake all of that, and before anyone comes on here saying that picky eaters are just brats, first off no? my pickiness is a combination of texture aversion and extreme anxiety (i’m terrified of trying something new, not liking it, and disappointing everyone around me). people have their reasons and so long as they’re trying then that’s all that matters. trying new things is terrifying so even if you didn’t like something new you tried give yourself a pat on the back for trying!!! you’re doing great keep it up

the only problem with being obsessed with idolish7 is trying to get people who aren’t already inclined to watch it to give it a shot is nearly impossible because of the title. please know that this show is actually a character drama in the skin of an idol show. we’ve had exactly one insert song this entire season and there’s 2 episodes left. we’ve all been tricked into being here and now we can’t escape.

all i do anymore is think about idolish7 and try to talk people i know into watching idolish7. if you want to get to know me or rekindle a friendship or get closer, then watching idolish7 is probably the fastest way. i apologize to anyone who tries to talk to me ever all i can think about is idolish7

i never really understood kinning until i7 came for my fucking throat with yamato fucking nikaido and laid bare all of my deepest insecurities and flaws in a way no other piece of media has ever done before. seeing his arc finally animated has me in fucking shambles and i KNOW next episode is going to make me cry

sorry i’m rambling but it just makes me sad to think that so many people are missing out on experiencing probably the slimiest, most intriguing villain in any anime this season because they have a bias against idol shows, male idol shows specifically

`HAPPY 6TH ANNIVERSARY TO IDOLiSH7!!!! 

I’ve only been into this series for about a year and a half but when I say it’s changed me, I mean it - such a fantastic story with wonderfully deep and complex characters. I never expected to feel this seen and spoken to by an idol show. I really recommend to anyone who’s willing to give it a chance.
