Huge thanks to my friend and colleague @ashleyludkin for capturing these great BTS images of when we shot the @mess_ltd collection for @googleartsculture last year. It’s all a bit of a blur looking back on it, shooting the some 230 machines in three days, in the tiny little synth dungeon that MESS lives in under @meatmarketmelb. Aside from the technical challenges of lighting in such confined spaces, we had the added stress of the rumbles that Melbourne was about to go into stage 4 lockdown (which it did, mere days later). What a trip. Huge thanks to @mjgriff_ and @c.r.kennedyimaging for use of the amazing @phaseonephoto IQ4 150 for the project.
