🕑 How long have you been married? Do you think of yourselves as “newlyweds,” or more an “old married couple?”

We just celebrated our first anniversary back in October so I would say newlyweds though we've been together for years now.

💍 Who proposed? What was it like?

Levi did. He had me meet him at our tree by the Black Lake so we could stargaze and talk. He brought a bottle of wine and a radio and we danced under the moonlight. We both got emotional talking about the last expedition, I started crying and that's when he revealed he'd brought me out there to propose to me, not to make me cry.

🤭 Was the proposal a surprise, or were you/they expecting it?

I was completely surprised. We had talked about getting married someday, but word had only just gotten out throughout the Survey Corps that we were dating. I had no reason to think he would propose so soon.

💎 Tell us about the ring, yours or theirs!

Levi got a silver band engraved with Celtic knots and mine is a thin braided silver band encrusted with diamonds.

👰 What did you wear for the wedding? What did your f/o wear?

Levi wore a black suit and the cravat I gave him for his 14th birthday. I wore this dress with silver flats and I put my father's wings of freedom in the dress by my heart.

💒 What was the wedding venue?

We were married in the gardens at Levi's ancestral home.

🎉 Did you have a wedding reception, or other type of big celebration? Why or why not?

We did, the reception was in a separate area of the gardens. There was practically a feast and dancing and fireworks. We had a lot of guests and wanted a chance to celebrate with all of them.

🏠Which one of you moved in with the other?

We've lived together since we were 13 and just friends, then we were in the same house at Hogwarts, and we joined the Survey Corps together. So when we got married, we both moved into his ancestral home and finally gained privacy.

🎄How did you celebrate your first major holiday together as a household?

The first big holiday after our wedding was Halloween and we went to Harry and Ron's costume party.

📆 What do you typically do for your anniversary?

Typically we just spend the day together. We've only had one wedding anniversary and we took the day to just enjoy being together. I did make Levi a nice dinner and we got to have the cake we'd saved from our wedding.

🤱Do you have children? If so, tell us about them!

In my kids-au, yes! Our oldest is Furlan, he's 13 and looks just like Levi but with bright blue eyes. Then Isabel is about to turn 11, she naturally has shoulder length black hair and grey eyes but she's a metamorphmagus like me. And our youngest is Kimberly, she's 7 and has long black hair and blue eyes.

Furlan acts a lot like Levi, but he's more open with his emotions and loves Quidditch. Isabel is our little troublemaker, she loves to play pranks. Then Kimmy is a sweet, shy daddy's girl through and through.

👨👩👧👦 Does anyone live with you and your spouse besides kids? Relatives, friends, superhero team members?

Well, Levi and I have been talking about moving his father, Roland, in with us. The healers at St Mungos believe he's more than capable of leaving the hospital now, but that it would be best to reintegrate his independence slowly. We were talking about him staying with us for 6 months to a year before helping him find an apartment in Diagon Alley.

⛈ Was there anything surprisingly difficult about married life….

Working out a balance with chores between us.

☀️…and what’s the BEST part of married life?

Hearing Levi proudly call me his wife and getting to call him my husband. 

💗 How has your love grown in the time since marriage?

I didn't think it was possible, but we're even closer now. There was always this nagging feeling in the back of my head that I would annoy and drive him away if I came to him with trivial problems. But I've grown more at ease with confiding in him. Not to imply marriage is a fix all or that married life is perfect, but we are closer than ever before.
