Clifton Strengths is wildly accurate but this blurb in the new report they sent me is unreal
Tumblr media
Last year I set up a jeopardy game for a room of high level professionals and once they got their variety of buzzers (screaming chickens, kazoos, bells, etc) the room turned so silly and heehee you wouldn't believe it had you only seen the prior presentations.
Give a health care professional a rubber chicken and ask them what are the key documentation components for a psych diagnosis secondary to substance dependency and brother you're never going to cement that knowledge faster

Unlocking The Potential Of Lenvatinib A Comprehensive Guide Understanding Lenvatinib Price
In the field of cancer treatment, where targeted medicines are changing the landscape of care, Lenvatinib 10 mg stands out as a promising medication for patients suffering from certain types of cancer; however, the lenvatinib price fluctuatesoccasionally. This article will provide a thorough examination of Lenvatinib 10 mg, providing light on its applications, mechanism of action, dosage, ability, side effects, and revolutionary effect on cancer treatment.
Introduction to Lenvatinib 10 mg
Lenvatinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor with demonstrated success in the treatment of a variety of malignancies, including thyroid cancer and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The 10 mg dosage of Lenvatinib is a specific method geared to meet the healing needs of patients undergoing targeted treatment.
Mechanism of Action
Lenvatinib works by inhibiting a few receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs), as well as vascular endothelial growth problem receptors (VEGFRs), fibroblast increase detail receptors (FGFRs), and platelet-derived boom element receptors (PDGFRs). Lenvatinib exerts anti-cancer effects by focusing on the major signaling pathways involved in tumor angiogenesis, development, and metastasis, which are ultimately necessary for tumor regression and advanced impacted character outcomes.

Day 6
Didn’t do anything for science because I was back home from work at 10:30pm. Supervisor decided that she want to give me an 3 hour talk about me not being efficient or organised (was never a problem at academical hospital, only got excellent evaluations…) and it wasn’t a nice talk. When I came home I’ve seen that cat has shitten on the floor again… despite the second cat locked down. I really need to call cat psychologist…
Did an autopsy which was interesting with a lot of insights (not usually the case).
Slide shown on the bottom: when lymphoma meets metastatic carcinoma in liver biopsy
Gratitude:
- sour bread pre-dough risen first time!
- deep fried food in hospital restaurant
- TGIF!!

Regorafenib   is a multi-kinase inhibitor used primarily for the treatment of cancer. It is particularly effective in targeting angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels), which plays a crucial role in cancer growth and metastasis. Below is a detailed overview of Regorafenib:
Mechanism of Action:
Regorafenib inhibits multiple protein kinases involved in tumor angiogenesis, oncogenesis, and the tumor microenvironment. Specifically, it targets:
VEGFR (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor) – involved in blood vessel formation.
PDGFR (Platelet-Derived Growth Factor Receptor) – involved in the growth and survival of cells.
RAF kinases (including BRAF) – involved in cell proliferation and survival.
By blocking these pathways, Regorafenib reduces tumor growth and the spread of cancer.
Indications:
Regorafenib is used in the treatment of several cancers, including:
Colorectal Cancer: It is used in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) that has progressed after standard therapy.
Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GIST): It is prescribed for GIST after imatinib and sunitinib treatment have failed.
Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC): For patients with advanced liver cancer who have been previously treated with sorafenib.
Common Side Effects:
Fatigue
Hand-foot skin reaction (redness, swelling, pain in palms and soles)
Diarrhea
Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Nausea and vomiting
Abdominal pain
Decreased appetite
Weight loss
Serious Side Effects:
Liver toxicity: Regorafenib can lead to severe liver damage, including elevated liver enzymes, jaundice, and, in rare cases, liver failure.
Bleeding: Regorafenib can increase the risk of severe bleeding, especially in patients with cancer that has spread to the liver.
Cardiovascular complications: It can lead to high blood pressure and may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke.
Gastrointestinal perforation: A rare but potentially life-threatening complication.
Monitoring and Precautions:
Liver function should be monitored regularly because of the risk of liver toxicity.
Blood pressure should be checked frequently to detect any early signs of hypertension.
Skin reactions should be monitored closely, as they can affect the patient's quality of life.
Kidney function should also be assessed periodically, especially in patients at risk of kidney damage.
Pharmacokinetics:
Absorption: Regorafenib is well absorbed after oral administration but should be taken with a low-fat meal to ensure proper absorption.
Metabolism: The drug is metabolized in the liver primarily through CYP3A4, and its active metabolites also play a role in its efficacy.
Excretion: Regorafenib and its metabolites are excreted primarily through feces, with a small portion eliminated through urine.

Trodelvy: A Lifesaving Therapy for TNBC Available Across South Asia
Tumblr media
Trodelvy, known scientifically as sacituzumab govitecan-hziy, is an innovative targeted therapy specifically approved for treating certain types of breast cancer, particularly triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) that has metastasized or become inoperable. It is classified as an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), a class of drugs that combines an antibody targeting cancer cells with a potent chemotherapy agent. This unique mechanism allows Trodelvy to deliver chemotherapy directly to cancer cells, significantly reducing damage to surrounding healthy tissues. Additionally, Trodelvy price in India is competitive, ensuring accessibility for a broader range of patients.
Mechanism of Action
Trodelvy targets Trop-2, a protein overexpressed in many solid tumors, including over 80% of breast cancers. The drug is engineered with a pH-sensitive linker that releases the cytotoxic agent, SN-38, once inside the cancer cell. This targeted approach not only enhances the treatment's efficacy but also reduces systemic side effects compared to traditional chemotherapy, offering a more precise attack on cancerous cells while sparing healthy tissues.
Indications and Usage
Trodelvy is primarily indicated for patients with metastatic TNBC who have already undergone at least two prior therapies, including one specifically for metastatic disease. It has also shown promise in treating other malignancies, such as urothelial carcinoma, in clinical trials. The treatment is administered intravenously, typically following a schedule of once a week for two consecutive weeks, followed by a week off, in a repeating 21-day cycle.
Efficacy Statistics
Clinical trials have demonstrated the significant efficacy of Trodelvy. In the ASCENT trial, focused on patients with metastatic TNBC, the overall response rate (ORR) was 31%, with 12% of patients experiencing complete responses. In a separate phase 2 clinical trial for bladder cancer, Trodelvy showed a response rate of 27.7%, with 22.3% of patients experiencing a reduction in tumor size of at least 30%. Moreover, 5.4% of participants had their tumors completely disappear, with a median duration of response lasting 7.2 months.
Trodelvy, a groundbreaking therapy for treating triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), offers new hope for patients with metastatic or inoperable cases. Known for its targeted action, Trodelvy is now accessible across South Asia, including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. With a competitive Trodelvy price, this life-saving medication is more widely available to those in need.
