hey carol ! just wanted to stop by after yearssss (my handle used to be meteoritebag back in the day),, i was in ninth grade when i first followed you & i was in awe of your journals. life was really difficult for me back then, not much helped. but being on tumblr was sort of an escape for me. i feel like you’re one of the blogs on here that have genuinely shaped me into the person i am today. i’m now in my second year of a fine arts degree & i’ve finally made something that i feel proud enough to share.

please know that you’re one of the people i’ve dedicated my short animation to. of course i’ve still got lots more to learn, and so much more growing to do. but for now, i wanted to say thank you for inspiring me, even when you had no idea.
