The 03 Turtles are two years older than YouTube.

I only came to that conclusion because I was thinking every version of Mikey would be a fan of CoryXKenshin when he first discovers him. You can’t tell me he wouldn’t watch his videos. 2012 Mikey would get his brothers to watch him too and Rise Mikey would watch Spooky Scary Sunday with his fam too.
