Fairytale Dia’s that I drew for the Dia Fan Awards on sukutomo!! I was a tad late to make the entries unfortunately, but it’s still posted there and I wanted to put it up here too ^^!

Nonetheless I’m happy I could indulge myself in two of my favorite things: Dia and Little Red Riding Hood! It’s my favorite Dia UR and I’ve been in love with it ever since it was released asdkljsaldjsal

Part 2 of the R☆ subunits as drinks! This was a fun little project as I don’t often draw food or drinks. It was CandyPOP’s that gave me the idea in the first place ^^! It comes in cherry, orange, and melon

And I think RD as iced coffee vibes with them really well <3

I rewatched Violet Evergarden recently and felt inspired to draw some fan art! This is the first piece I’ve made digitally and it was really fun ^^!!

Midel had the genius idea to turn the R☆ subunits into drinks, and I jumped on that so fast. I’m not good at drawing food but it’s something I like to do. SSS’ sounds so refreshing..,,, i want it..,, I love yuzu...,,

Happy Birthday Kiku!!

We’re starting Birthday URs off with R☆’s leader! She’s holding up two peace signs because celebration but also 2/2, 8/22 is her birthday ^^!

Mod Wes: I will come back and add color later, I’ve beeb really busy lately but!! I want to color her!!! Because best girl deserves it!!!

Mod Midel: And what better way to celebrate than with flan, her favorite dessert! It matches her colors too! (I’ll probably color her later too haha)

The eighth Radiant☆Star member, Sakura Yoshida! An enthusiastic first year who is a member of the R☆ subunit BL!SS. Embarrassed of her hobbies and rather indecisive, Sakura was unsure if she could become a successful school idol. But with the help of the other girls, she is always motivated to try new things and feels a bit more sure of herself! Sakura also likes to journal her thoughts, which come in handy for writing song lyrics!

"Hello, sweeties! Imai Ayane has arrived! Who's the best school idol group? Us of course, dummy! We're ready to bring the hype on stage and nothing's going to stop Radiant☆Star from reaching the top!"

The sixth member of Radiant☆Star, Ayane Imai! A second year with a sweet tooth and a sharp tongue, she leads the R☆ subunit CandyPOP. Although she's rather grumpy and has a hard time opening up, Ayane is loyal to her friends and is ready to put the work into being a school idol. With a love for fashion, Ayane was responsible for making Bouquet's live outfits. Currently, she and Hiroko are in charge of designing and making the costumes for R☆.

“I’m Harura Sasaki, nice to meet you. Although I never thought I’d fit being an idol, I find it really fun! As a member of Radiant☆Star and Royal Dahlia, I’ll be sure to support the rest of my unit so they stand out even more!” 

The fourth member of Radiant☆Star, Harura Sasaki! She’s as dependable as she is busy, balancing being a third year, an idol, and a starter on her school’s basketball team. Although she seems closed off, she’s just easily embarrassed. A mostly relaxed girl, Harura takes on a lot of responsibilities; though she can manage them, sometimes she needs a push from Wakana or Hiroko to remember to take time for herself. Harura is responsible for training the girls of R☆—eventually she’ll make them into marathon runners!

“Hey there! I’m Sasaki Hiroko, the spiciest member of R☆! I’m on the subunit CandyPOP as a main rapper, so I’ll do my best to make everyone proud of me! Don’t worry, I don’t get stopped up by pressure easily!”

The last member of Radiant☆Star, Hiroko Sasaki! Even though she and Harura are sisters, it’s hard to tell at a glance. Bright, energetic, and independent, like Wakana she wants to be a professional idol when she grows up. With a love of all things Harajuku, Hiroko loves to create and design outfits for Radiant☆Star—but she can’t do it without Ayane’s help! Because she’s always so full of energy, she tends to encourage the other girls to try things they wouldn’t usually try. She also loves rap music; her biggest inspiration is St. Snow’s member Leah Kazuno, who inspired her to be an idol in the first place!

“O-oh, it’s my turn? Uuh, this is so nerve-wracking... I’ll just act it out...! My name is Mei Nakashima, I’m a first year, on the subunit Royal Dahlia! Please support me, so I can bloom into a talented school idol like the rest of Radiant☆Star!” 

The seventh member of Radiant☆Star, Nakashima Mei! Inspired by theater at a young age, Mei wants to pursue acting with all her might. However, because she was bullied in the past for her height, dark skin, and deep voice, she suffers from severe stage fright. With help from the other members of R☆ and the support of her older sister, she’s bound to overcome it! Soft-spoken and a bit lonely, she often hides behind her long hair, but on stage she is able to act more like an energetic idol—it helps that there’s two other really tall girls with her!

Mei: Please give Mei-chan the energy to grow! Audience: *increasing in volume* o~oh, sprout! Mei: Oh! Sonnet! *makes a ‘pose’ with her hands* Audience: Oh! *does same pose*

Edit/Mod Wes: I’m sure you’ve noticed we’ve changed her skin tone to be darker! As I started writing out Marvel!Us’ story, I started considering her having dark skin and mod Midel thought it was good representation and very cute on her, so we just changed it ^^ Her arc in the story will center around her learning to love all the parts of herself she got bullied for, and building confidence in herself and who she is.

"Smile! Akiyama Kiku is here! I'm a second year and the leader of our school idol group, Radiant☆Star! It's my dream to bring joy to everyone's hearts, so we'll do our best to put a picture-worthy smile on your face!"

The first profile is finally up! Kiku Akiyama was a member of Bouquet before combining with Marvel!Us to form Radiant☆Star, which she now leads. Her infectious energy and desire for happiness drive her to work hard as a school idol. Though she is rather restless and her optimism blinds her at times, she deeply values her friends and enjoys both the finer and the simpler things in life. Born into a wealthy family, she spends to support her club as well as treating the other girls to the occasional dinner and gift!

Kiku: What happens on the autumn mountain? Audience: Chiya chiya (sound of leaves falling) Kiku: Click click (sound of camera shutter, which is written as 'kuriku') Audience: Kiku kiku? Kiku is there! Kiku: Yup, Kiku is there!

“Yu-hoo! A pleasure to meet you! I’m Sayuri Hashimoto, but I insist you call me Yuyu! I love everything about being an idol—the fashion, the spotlight, meeting everyone—being part of R☆ and our subunit CandyPOP is simply a dream come true!” 

Radiant☆Star’s fifth member, Sayuri “Yuyu” Hashimoto! A former member of Bouquet, Yuyu transferred schools due to her father’s job and joined Marvel!Us. She’s quite easy to get along with, but that’s only because getting to know the real Yuyu is the hard part. Ayane and Mimi have seemed to break down her walls though... She comes from a rich but neglectful background, so she has to learn that people aren’t just objects that can be thrown away. But she’s getting there! Where she is the most happy is on stage with her new friends harmonizing with her.

Yuyu: Everyone, together! *audience with her* Let’s get things rōringyu-yu-yu! (rōringu is one way to say ‘rolling’ in Japanese, but using ‘gyu’ as the translation to her nickname.) ///Yuyu blows a kiss as she thanks the audience.

"The one and only! Oshiro Sumire! You can also call me Mimi! I'm a third year and lead the subunit Royal Dahlia! With nine unique individuals, surely one of us will pique your interest! But I'm still the best right? Haha, just kidding!"

The third R☆ member! Sumire Oshiro was the leader of Bouquet prior to Radiant☆Star and currently leads R☆'s subunit Royal Dahlia. She values self-expression and believes everyone should embrace their true self, no matter how unusual or embarrassing they may seem. Though this often gets her in trouble for breaking rules, her heart is in the right place as she strives to encourage her fellow members and build their confidence.

“Hi everybody! Wakana Ito, checking in! I’m a third year and lead the subunit BL!SS! Being an idol has always been my dream, so I’ll work super super super hard for Radiant☆Star’s sake! Be sure to keep an eye on us, cuz we’re gonna make your hearts pound!” 

The second member of R☆ is up! Wakana Ito lead Marvel!Us before it combined with Bouquet to form Radiant☆Star. Currently, she leads R☆’s subunit BL!SS. Although kind of a crybaby, she has a strong motivation and drive to become a professional idol in the future. Sometimes she can be selfish in regards to having others do what she wants them to but she’s working to overcome that. She works at her parents’ cat cafe after school and has top-notch time management skills—but only because Harura helped her learn those!

Audience: “Itoshii Itocchi!” (Itoshii means ‘dear (to me)’)
