My sleep/energy has been extremely fucked at this point... :/
#certainly not helping the whole 'feeling like i've lost all control' thing#trying to be self-compassionate and patient - waiting it out just a bit longer until i can resume treatment later in wk#this has been the longest i've ever been w/o any of my meds (and basically cold turkey)#might still be discombobulated for a good couple wks after resuming hopefully - just to readjust#we'll see#medication/#trying to take appropriate responsibility here#i really should have checked to make sure i needed to've made an appt far FAR sooner than i did#i kinda wish i had a reminder call - but i might've actually missed them if they made those attempts#i can't believe i went over a yr of not seeing the dr. and not realizing it...#didn't rly question things - since i had refills available til like the beginning of this month... (so there's some guilt/shame there)
