Is he seriously still going on about Alina's love life!? Dont we have biger problems to deal with? Bigger issues? like for e.g The Darkling inability to acquire anybody's consent!? Him making everybody his slave?!

Also i know a TON of immortal/mortal couples that have found to be happy even in this situation becuz tHEY LIVE EACH OTHER. Like Wessa, Jessa, Malec, The first Heir (i forgot ger name) x Roland Herondale, Kierarktina etc etc. I can go on and on.

guys, if the rumour that millie bobby brown is going to be cast as jill pole in the silver chair, then i’m extremely excited.

speaking honestly, she’s not exactly how i pictured jill to be in my head when i read the book, but she’ll do the job fantastically just like any other book-to-film character’s actor in the many, many book-to-film adaptations that we’ve all seen. did i picture william moseley as peter when i first read lww? nope. but did he do a brilliant job just like the rest of the cast? heck yes.

from a acting perspective, she can do all the serious, comedic, action stuff that she does in stranger things and all that jazz which we’ll most likely enjoy very much - especially if the film has a good/great/amazing script and direction that can compliment the standard of acting. plus, she’s the perfect age and we won’t have a adults-playing-teenagers situation on our hands.

from a business perspective, if you want the new franchise and reboot to succeed and to have more narnia films (which i cannot wait for; i’m so excited for tsc), then millie is probably the best option for casting right now. she’s popular and probably has a huge box office draw - creating more money for the production company so they can make more films - and offers a higher calibre of acting which shows that this reboot means serious business and actively wants the franchise to succeed again like it used to.
