technically this should be step zero. but it's important to get clear on what you actually want. there are a lot of ways to do this. below i've compiled a small list for you!
- look into archetypes + system. they are patterns and associations based on body type, facial features, and personality traits. (i know there's ones that exist for feminine presenting people, i'm not sure about masculine presenting people. you are obviously not obligated to follow these, but they can be fun sometimes, especially if you're looking to curate a specific image of yourself.)
- observe the people you admire. this is a great way to try and find patterns in the people you look up to. (for example, i tend to gather inspiration from celebrities who have very youthful, sweet, and angelic faces. this helped me realize what my desired face was.)
- get creative. use faceswap and apps similar to blend together people you want to look like! if the beauty you're going for is more conceptual, make a collage board of things that visually describe your beauty. (for example, my collage board included things like cats, bunnies, deer, angels, dolls, etc.)
- you can also look at pinterest and save images of bodies, body parts, and facial features to help you know you want. this is especially useful if you're a person who has trouble keeping track of things you're manifesting.
- write a list of all the features you want. (notion is a great app to make lists and sort things if you don't enjoy using paper.)
- if you just want to become better looking overall, your subconscious knows what you truly want, so don't stress about specifying it if you're having trouble doing so.
♡- knowing that we are limitless can be a very freeing feeling, but it's important to remember that just because we can do something, doesn't mean we should do something. remember to be critical of what you want, especially when it comes to manifesting appearance changes. society has taught most of us what we are supposed to deem beautiful and healthy and what is ugly and unhealthy. do not allow indoctrination to control you. read this for more clarification.

fulfilling yourself is the most important part of the process. you must do it continuously until you feel as if you no longer need to do it because your desires are truly yours. you do not engage in methods to get anything, creation is finished. this post focuses specifically on fulfilling yourself using the state akin to sleep. there's many tutorials that already exist, explaining how to get to the state. here's a few of my personal favorites: 1, 2, 3, 4.
i personally have trouble quieting my mind down and getting into the state of thinking about my desires, so i like to either listen to music or do a meditation beforehand. here are some mediations i enjoy using: 1, 2,. while i relax my body, i sometimes listen to soundscapes to calm myself down (1, 2, 3,). depending on how i feel, i will either use the lullaby method or visualize. below, I've listed some ideas for imaginal scenarios.
- people asking you if you're [insert celebrity/person] because you look just like them!
- overhearing people gossiping about you, and accusing you of having work done when you're really just a natural beauty
- people constantly asking you for makeup tutorials or what your skincare routine is
- seeing yourself on thumbnails of subliminals/seeing yourself all over pinterest
- getting showered with compliments everywhere you go, people give you things for free and do you favors bc of how beautiful you are
♡- you don't have to fall asleep in the state for it to work. it's beneficial, but not essential. i personally like to do sats visualization midday, and the lullaby method at night.
♡- try not to make your scenarios too convoluted or have too much going on, especially if you're going to fall asleep looping it. it will be more difficult to keep track of what's going on as you slip farther into sleep. (from personal experience, the people in my scenario start slurring their words when i get too sleepy during a complicated sats scenario.)
♡- sats also works for revision. just imagine scenarios working the way you wanted them to, or an event in the past, and imagine you had your desired appearance then.
as for the lullaby method, here are some phrases you can repeat.
- it is done.
- i am stunning.
- i am beautiful.
- it is finished.
- i am free.
- it has been this way.
♡- remember that while doing this, you don't have to feel any particular emotion. you don't need to feel happy, grateful, sad, or peaceful. if you do that's great, and if you don't, that's also perfectly fine. knowing isn't this wise, specific feeling, it's just being aware and accepting what you have as truth. the device you're using to read this post now exists, right? you know you just have it. that's how it should feel to you while fulfilling yourself. it is also okay for the scenario/phrase to not feel natural at first. just keep doing it and eventually the sense of realness will begin to set in.

the art of detatchment is an essential one. detatchment doesn't refer to completely neglecting 3d responsibilities, shutting yourself in a dark room, not going to the bathroom, or not showering— it means do whatever you need to in the outer world, but don't identify with anything that doesn't align with your desires. if you find yourself crying about how ugly you are, seek comfort in imagination and remind youself that the true you, the inner you, doesn't cry over their appearance because they are confident in how they look.
detatchment includes stopping yourself from controlling things that don't manifest, like thoughts. stop thought flipping, forcing yourself to think positively, and putting yourself on these super strict mental diets because they don't solve the real issue. thoughts stem from states, and they do not manifest anything. you have the power to reject thoughts that don't align with your desires, and accept the ones that do. anything you think that aligns with your desire say "i accept this thought." and anything that doesn't, simply say "i reject this thought." as soon as you fully fulfill yourself, your thoughts will begin to naturally flow from your new dwelling state (the wish fulfilled). you should not be burning yourself out, take it easy.
detatchment also refers to letting go of the how. logic and law of assumption absolutely do not mix, they're oil and water. you have to let go of logical limitations and focus only on the end result. obsessing about waking up with your new appearance or revising it is not going to help you. how you get your desires is not your problem, nor your job. you do not need to take any sort of 3d action, like working out or eating well (although this is a great thing to do, of course!). mental work is the only work you need to do. everything else will simply fall into place, that's the law.

persistence is another important aspect of manifestation. you cannot manifest anything without some degree of persistence. once you decide you have something in imagination, you have to remain faithful to the idea. you can't continually go back to wanting your desire when you've decided it belongs to you in imagination. persisting in the idea that you truly have what you want will end your hunger and allow you to feel free and fulfilled.
a good way to continually fulfill yourself is to set up a sort of routine, like entering sats before getting out of bed each morning, or doing the lullaby method as you fall asleep. as neville said, we are creatures of habit, and habit acts as law, even though it is not. changing your negative habit of remaining in an undesired state into a positive one of consistently remaining in a desired state is very beneficial in solidifying persistence. your routine doesn't have to be extremely convoluted or detailed, it just has to be consistent, like skincare. you don't see results if you only wash your face once a day, you have to persist in your assumptions for them to become facts.

the sabbath is the rest period in which you are completely aware that you have your desires, and know that they absolutely must materialize. although the experience of the sabbath can be slightly different for everyone, what typically happens during this stage is:
- feeling no desire to use any methods (why would you need methods if you know you have your desire?)
- not feeling anything towards your desire (in the same way you feel nothing towards objects in your 3d, you just know they exist)
- thoughts naturally flow from the state of having your desires
- not spiraling or wavering

question: is the lullaby method just vain affirming?
answer: according to neville, it is not. i am aware some blogs say you can just affirm, but he has always suggested to add feeling to your words, as feeling acts like glue, connecting the imagined reality to the physical one. (again, the feeling is not an emotional one, but rather a feeling of knowing.)
question: minnie, i'm always reminded of my 3d appearance by my family/friends, what do i do?
answer: i think this ask would be helpful!
question: what if i am unable to visualize?
answer: use your other senses (smell, touch, taste, hearing). you can also try studying images of whatever you want to visualize to make them stick in your mind.
question: i can't get into sats on my own, i need guidance, any suggestions?
answer: this meditation is absolutely perfect!
♡︎- stop overconsuming information! you know everything you need to know. there are no more new discoveries to be made. the law is easy and simple. get off tumblr if you're using it in hopes of finding some kind of life-changing information, because you will not find it.
♡︎- stop procrastinating. no, that youtube video you're choosing to fall asleep to isn't going to fulfill you, but doing the lullaby method will. that video will always be there to watch later. what is more important: your happiness, or your momentary entertainment?
♡︎- forget about time. time is not real. focusing on time is focusing on lack- which isn't what you should be doing. continue to fulfill yourself in imagination. what you experience there must be expressed.
♡︎- don't stop persisting. do not let the lack of results in the outer world deter you. if you really want your desires the way you say you do, is persisting really that much work? if your answer is yes, you probably didn't want it that much in the first place. what do you have to lose by visualizing every night or saying an affirmation as you fall asleep? the law is universal, it does not discriminate. no matter how "long" it takes, it shouldn't be worth giving up if you truly, truly want it.

hi babe. first, you need to stop thinking about the HOW. how you get your desires, overnight or otherwise should not be what you're trying to manifest. our inner man works to make things happen in whatever way they see fit, therefore we should not be trying to control how it is done.

"I just need a overnight fix to be 100% to fulfill myself..." The outerworld will not satisfy you. I know it seems like it will but it won't. The only way you can truly fulfill yourself is by satisfying the inner man. This means giving your desires to yourself in imagination until it feels like it actually belongs to you, where you place no value on the outerworld, and you have no desire to try and "do" anything because you know your desires are 1000% genuinely yours. once you do that, you enter the gestational period, and then you recieve your desire however it seems fit. do not attempt to control the process. (in the chart above, the "???" is the means that occurrence where your desire is materialized into the outerworld.)
my advice would be to try and do SATS. imagine a short scenario of you with your desired appearance, and loop it in your mind before bed. do it until it begins to feel natural and real. (i'd suggest for you to imagine a conversation between you snd your mother where instead of her making fun of you, she compliments you on how nice you look that day.) after that, continue to live your life as normal. regularly visit your desires mentally (think FROM them, not OF them) and eventually your thoughts will begin to follow the state you occupy. don't try controlling them or forcing yourself to say any affirmations or flip thoughts if they feel unnatural to you.

in the drama of manifestation, there exists four major roles that are essential to the materialization of any desire. each one plays a different role, much like plays have different roles. in this post, i will be explaining each one in detail. (information comes from here: 🎀 )

One: The Producer. The producer does nothing other than suggest an idea (a desire). This is your I AM speaking to your conditioned level of conciousness to suggest something that you're lacking.
Two: The Author. The author has a significant role in the drama of manifestation. It "writes" (constructs) a scene that implies the wish fulfilled. For example, if you wished for a specific type of hair, you, as the author would write a scene of you getting complimented on your hair, or you brushing it. The author puts together the skelton of the show so that it is ready to be brought to life on stage.
Three: The Director. The director's job is to keep attention on the show that's playing on stage. It stops the actor from wandering away from their job by keeping their attention focused on the task at hand. You, as the director, should always be gently redirecting your mental focus back onto your imaginary scene whenever your mind starts to wander during SATS.
Four: The Actor. Arguably the most important part of the show, the actor brings everything to life. The actor is your imagination. Remember that nothing can exist without being animated by your mind. For the play to begin, you must start it as the actor. Place yourself in the shoes of the main character of the scenario which implies your wish fufilled, and play the role to the very best of your abilities. This acting is essential because it is what makes manifestation actually happen. Your desires will remain dead unless you, the actor, breathe life into them, using your imagination.

i know imagination is the only reality, but i want other people to see my desires too. i don't want to be the ugly one of the friend group, or get made fun of because i have ugly hair.
im sorry baby :( it's clear you know the fundamentals of the law. it's okay to want for people to see your desires actualized, but ultimately we need to realize that once we truly grant ourselves things in imagination, we will stop caring about the external world.
start first by detaching yourself from the 3d. anytime someone says something about how ypur hair is ugly, or you start to feel insecure, remind yourself those are simply products of the outerworld and have no value. don't identify with anything that doesn't imply you're the most beautiful person in the world. <3
next, choose a method to fulfill yourself on the inside. for you, i suggest sats. imagine a scenario that implies your wish fulfilled (in your case, having your desired face + hair). one scenario you could imagine is: you're walking around town with your friend group, when suddenly a cute guy/girl/person walks up to you and says "sorry to bother you, but i saw you walking with your friends and you really stood out to me, can i have your number?" or, you can imagine the same thing except a model scout walks up to you and asks if you're interested in getting into the industry! continue to loop the scene until it takes on the tones of reality. feelings may arise, but they don't have to for it to work. fall asleep in the feeling!
finally, continue to persist. as you regularly fulfill yourself in imagination, you will become completely satisfied and will reach the sabbath. the sabbath is the gestational period where you no longer want your desire because you've fully accepted it as yours in imagination. you won't feel like doing anything because you know, truly, that it is yours.

How do I feel like its mine and it belongs to me? or know its mine....
well, it honestly depends on the person and what methods work best for them. for me, i struggled a lot with trying to "feel" anything. I'd succeeded at becoming numb/neutral to my 3d circumstances- and as a result i couldn't feel much of anything when i thought about my desires either. i knew that i wasn't fufilled because i still wanted them, but i wasn't sure how to feel like i had it truly.
my suggestion would be to try methods you haven't tried before. i used to hate meditating and doing sats because i have adhd. i had a lot of trouble focusing and quieting down my mind. one day, i decided to try something different that i knew would accommodate my needs. i turned off all the lights in my room and laid down on my bed in the starfish postion with earbuds in. i listened to songs that i felt connected with, that made me think of my desire. as i listened, i felt emotions bubble to the surface. i thought about the things i wished for, and instead of thinking OF them, i started to think FROM them.
i replayed the same two songs for about 30 minutes, just crying and thinking FROM my desires, not OF them. i saw my family happy, i felt my feet touching the sandy beach behind my house, i saw my mother with her dream job, i saw her master's degree hanging on the wall of our living room, i saw my parents renewing their vows... i saw it all so vividly... i felt it so intensely. i sobbed tears of joy as i imagined thanking my mutuals and texting my closest friends, sharing my success with them. i felt the feeling of all consuming happiness and gratitude. i felt my desires truly belong to me. i cried so hard i fell asleep covered in tears, and when i woke up in the morning, i felt like a different person. i felt awakened and calmed.
the point of my story was essentially to think of a trigger. (music is a really good one, i have song suggestions if needed <3) think of something you want the most, think of how good it'll feel to finally have it. that sense of relief, of peace, of happiness. the weight lifting off your shoulders and chest. it might be hard to capture the feeling at first, so be patient with yourself. i think trying to discover it in a sort of meditative state would be the best idea. once you feel this, try and dwell in it, observe it. don't force anything. allow it to kind of grow and fester in you. you'll be able to identify it eventually. try to get into a state that'll allow you to feel that relief as much as you can. in the car, at school, at work, and especially before bed. eventually you'll feel this kind of,,, peace. a peace that feels like nothing you've ever felt before. you won't care about anything but what exists in your mind.
tldr;
1. get into a meditative state (yes i know it's boring but it seriously helps).
2. let your mind wander around the idea of your desire.
3. think about what it feels like to finally have it.
4. observe what you feel, don't force it to intensify or go away.
5. step back into the feeling, let it consume you.
6. fall asleep in the state or leave the meditative state.
7. don't force yourself back into the state of having your desire, don't force your thoughts. just be.
8. try to visit the state more often until you begin to naturally dwell in it. (it will slowly increase in intensity, in my experience.)

I have a question! I was thinking, and if thoughts come from states, how am I supposed to think about the 3d to like live while not being in a state of lack? I mean since I am wanting to start manifesting a new job, how do I think about my current job without being in the state of my undesired job if thoughts stem from states?

basically you can do whatever you need to in the 3d and you can think whatever you wish. just don't identify with anything you think or do that doesn't align with your desires.
for example: you're looking in the mirror and think "i'm ugly". don't claim this thought, let it pass. without your dwelling on it, it will die. same with actions. if you don't identify with what you do in the 3d, but you identify with what you do in the 4d, you'll be fine <3 nothing can live without your acceptance and identification.
the more you think from the perspective of having your desired job (not literally thinking, but imagining it as if it is factual), it will become your dwelling state and thoughts will naturally flow from there. that's why i don't preach thought flipping anymore, since it comes naturally with the genuine change of state. (plus it's neville accurate)
the law is designed to be simple and fun. live your life and accept imagination as the truth and the one and only reality, everything else will fall into place.

think about what it feels like to have your desire. like truly, truly have it where it's right in front of you. sometimes that feeling may be an emotion, like gratitude or happiness, but other times it might just be emotionless and just being aware. try and experience that feeling as often as you can. the more you experience it, the easier it gets. <3

how to manifest desired clothes when your mom is poor, lack education and has so much debt:( i'm a teen!
1. decide what you want to manifest (in this case, since you said desired clothes, i'm not sure if you meant specific clothing or just money to buy whatever clothes you wanted.)
2. fulfill yourself daily/nightly by imagining having your desires without any type of limitation. (personally i would imagine myself swimming in a pool of money and designer clothes.) either fall asleep in this feeling of the wish fulfilled, or do it daily and feel it so deeply that when you open your eyes, you're shocked to see that you actually *aren't* swimming in money and designer clothes.
3. continue to keep fulfilling yourself inside, make it a habit to do so until you no longer feel the urge to need to, since you know you have your desires in imagination.

minnie, i am stressed. in the beginning of the summer i promised myself that i would have manifested my dream appearance, but there's a month until school starts now and i'm worried. i feel like i know that the inner world is the only world, but i keep thinking "oh i cant wait until i get this!" "when i get this ill be so happy!"
i know the inner self is all i should care about, but the outer world is so much. i feel the need to get my dream appearance in 3d so that i don't get made fun of by my friends, but i know that feeling the need to get it is holding me back. how can i stop feeling this way!?
hi babe! i know this feeling all too well... my best advice to you would be to keep fulfilling yourself. as long as you keep going, the want/desire you feel will disappear, and time will not matter to you. even if you find yourself thinking "oh, i can't wait to have this", don't accept the thought as a fact and continue fulfilling yourself in imagination, where you already have what you need. ♡
also, remember that if the stress is getting to be too much, you can always take a break. there's nothing wrong with that, and the law can never fail.
