why are people so afraid of the word "fat". when I call myself fat why do they insist on "correcting" me and saying curvy, or plus sized, or anything else. there's nothing shameful about the word and if I'm using it to refer to myself as fat (which I am!) I'm not doing it because I'm being self deprecating. it's just a fact of my being. my god, let people call themselves fat

Okay but what if I wrote a one-shot of Metal owning a cafe and Sonic randomly walking in one day only to cause a scene because he's CONVINCED Metal is up to no good only for Metal to go, "Are you going to order? If not, please move. You're holding up the line 😤"

And to make this more delightful, everyone knows about the cafe and some characters are even regular customers (Amy, Shadow, Eggman too because why not). Which prompts Sonic to visit on a daily basis, always watching Metal, looking at what Metal does, and slowly but surely starts having some not so straight thoughts like, “Huh, it’s actually cute how he draws the roses on the coffee. Will he make one for me too? Wait- No!”

Metal meanwhile continues hating Sonic but always uses the freshest ingredients for Sonic’s orders and even puts more care into it because, "How dare he. I'm going to show him that I'm BETTER than him. He'll have no choice but to be impressed."
