Moving day for me

Hey all, so I should probably give some context as to why I'm on Tumblr now. For those who don't know who I am, hello! My name is Rue, and my pronouns are she/they. I do music and art, sometimes a bit of writing too. Some notable projects, mainly FNF mods I've worked on and currently working on are: Martian Mixatape, Dave & Bambi: Dimensional Deepend, and some others as well (many of which I don't want to spoil just yet... hehehe). Twitter got overstimulating for me, to put it lightly. It got both annoying and very overstimulating to see new shit go down almost every single week consistently. Between people saying problematic shit, doing illegal or nasty things, and the constant CONSTANT reminder that Faker exists... it starts to get to you after a while. I also ended up following some private Twitter accounts that just made me more upset than anything. Like, I understand you need a place to vent, but man it feels like more than anything people just use them as a place to talk shit about others. It's fine to have those thoughts, but when other people can see them, I start to wonder if those people are even supposed to be friends or not.

I know like, not a lot of people probably use Tumblr anymore, but I just want a place for people to see my work for crying out loud. I honestly could give a fuck less about followers anymore. I stopped caring about that number, and more about the people who do follow me and enjoy what I do. Making it big is only like, a small part of what makes me happy when I put out content on here.

Pregador Luo lança o EP “DEBAIXO DO SOL”

O rapper Pregador Luo apresenta hoje o EP “Debaixo do Sol”. Juntamente com o projeto, o cantor também faz o lançamento do vídeo da faixa inédita “Novo cântico”, com a participação especial do coral ID na música e no clipe.

Dirigido por Vras77, o videoclipe foi gravado na Catedral Metodista de São Paulo, no bairro da Liberdade, na capital paulista, num clima que nos remete às empolgantes apresentações de grupos gospel em filmes americanos. “Desde as roupas, até o vídeo, passando pelo local e as luzes, fomos o mais orgânicos possível. O Vras77 consegue sempre fazer algo poético sem necessitar agregar muitos elementos. Esse é um dos meus vídeos mais sinceros e bonitos”, conta Pregador Luo.

“Essa catedral é um local muito emblemático para mim. Em 1990, quando eu trabalhava como office boy, costumava frequentar um fliperama que ficava em frente a essa igreja, cuja beleza sempre me fascinou. Hoje, sendo um homem de fé, ela tem outro simbolismo para mim, algo que vai além da beleza arquitetônica”, completou o cantor.

O EP “Debaixo do Sol” conta ao todo com cinco faixas inéditas: “Novo cântico”, “Dia lindo”, “Feliz demais”, “Hiphopnótico” e a faixa-título, todas de autoria do rapper. Além da faixa “Novo cântico”, o coral ID também faz participação na canção “Feliz demais”.

No último dia 21, ocantor fez o lançamento dasegunda parte do projeto “Mixatape Pregador Luo – 30 Anos”, ao lado dos DJs RM e Erick Jay, que celebra seus 30 anos de carreira.

No último dia 31 de julho, Pregador Luo disponibilizou os seus primeiros doze álbuns, lançados nos primeiros 14 anos de carreira, entre 1998 e 2012, que  finalmente chegaram às plataformas de streaming, com a distribuição da Universal Music Christian Group. Neles, estão importantes participações especiais, como os rappers Rappin Hood, Xis, Thaíde e Edi Rock, o roqueiro Chorão, o sambista Péricles, entre outros.
