PROXIMIDAD MUSEAL

La proximidad museal se propone como elemento sustancial de la conciencia (misional y visional) de las entidades museológicas para hacer extensivo y dialógico el patrimonio que resguardan a la sociedad y comunidad. Es pues un recurso de gestión cultural que comprende las acciones, de instituciones museísticas, orientadas la promoción del patrimonio que deriven en procesos de visibilidad, comprensión y formación de mentalidades reflexivas que revaloricen toda expresión de convivencia y desarrollo social –la cultura–.

ETIMOLOGÍA

Proximidad es definido como cualidad de-o lugar- próximo[1] dado su componente léxico prope, y relacionado etimológicamente  con las palabras latinas proximê (estar –más– cerca de) proximĭtas (afinidad y semejanza) y proxĭmus  (vecinal, prójimo, vecindad)[2]; de manera que permite implicar relaciones sociales, temporales y geográficas dentro de su contexto de uso.

En cuanto al termino Museal[3], la RAE remite al termino Museístico[4] que, como adjetivo, adjudica la cualidad de “perteneciente o relativo al museo”. Esta noción es enriquecida por la propuesta del Consejo internacional de Museos ICOM[5], el término funciona tanto como adjetivo (correspondiente a la definición anterior, y que responde a la necesidad de distinción del museo, y todo lo relacionado a él, de otros espacios), pero también como sustantivo, en el que “…designa el campo de referencia en el cual se verifican no sólo la creación, el desarrollo y el funcionamiento de la institución museo, sino también la reflexión acerca de sus fundamentos y sus desafíos.” (ICOM, 2010).

ANTECEDENTES

Lo únicos antecedentes encontrados hasta el momento del uso de la expresión proximidad museal en un contexto hispanoparlante, se remite a documentos del Sistema de Bancos de proyectos de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, sede Bogotá, que registran la el proyecto “DESPLIEGUE DE UNA RED DE ESPACIOS DE PROXIMIDAD MUSEAL DE LA SEDE BOGOTÁ 2013-2015”[6], propuesto por Edmon Castell Ginovart[7], profesor asociado vinculado a la Instituto de Investigaciones Estéticas de la universidad, partiendo de experiencias como:  el programa "Ida/Vuelta" (llevado a cabo ente los años 2008 y 2012) definido por la itinerancia de exposiciones y contenidos museológicos en torno a la extensión del patrimonio desde, dentro y fuera de la universidad (exposiciones que viajaron por diversas sedes de la UNAL y municipios colombianos); y el “Plan C”: promoción de la oferta cultural universitaria en espacios públicos y abiertos como la plaza central del campus sede Bogotá, construyendo espacios de visualización, gobernanza y convivencia de la comunidad, en procesos de puesta de valor patrimonial.

Desde este proyecto, a proximidad cultural sirve a la constitución de relaciones como la que se explica continuación:

“Esta relación entre la Universidad y su entorno se debe reflejar en la ampliación de los espacios y medios de difusión del patrimonio cultural de la universidad permitiendo una mayor visibilidad y comprensión en la sociedad. Con la proximidad se ayuda a cualificar la ciencia, la tecnología, el arte y la cultura.” (Castell, 2013)

Dentro del repositorio documental del perfil del profesor Castell G. en la plataforma web Acaemia.eu[8], es posible consultar una visión que gráfica la noción de proximidad cultural que identifico esta iniciativa[9].

Proximidad museal, filosofía y cultura.

En este apartado, se enriquece la proximidad museal a partir de dos aportes realizados, uno por Josep María Esquirol en su obra La resistencia íntima (López, 2016)[10], y otro por el Observatorio Vasco de la Cultura (en un documento con políticas culturales para el año 2015); ambos tratando el tema de la proximidad desde perspectivas filosóficas y de políticas culturales -respectivamente-.

Según López, la obra de Esquirol presenta una visión de proximidad filosófica que trata de la expresión de las comunidades solidarias que conviven y propician el bienestar social e individual, mientras que el Gobierno Vasco –desde su centro administrativo de la Cultura- entiende la proximidad cultural como una herramienta de construcción de entramados culturales dentro del territorio que cuenta con el potencial de descentralizar las dinámicas institucionales políticamente dominantes, y eliminar las barreras simbólicas de apropiación por medio de políticas culturales que se sientan cercanas desde la comunidad.

De esta manera, la proximidad cultural pudiera ser un fenómeno que se comporta como un modelo relacional vital, entre instituciones museales y comunidades, que explora y puede modificarse para el crecimiento del bien común: El museo, mientras sirve como ente dinamizante y descentralizador del patrimonio, actúa en los cercamientos simbólicos que impiden a la comunidad sentirse parte de las dinámicas culturales, e identificarse con sus expresiones culturales materiales e inmateriales.

Личное мнение. Имхо

Админ проекта Ico-london.com постарался над дизайном и функционалом : Документы, дизайн, функционал , дорогой Грин бар на год. Приём платежей происходит через платёжный сервис paykassa ( комиссии за перевод не заметил).

Отправил 1 литкойн и на депозит упал один литкойн. Конвертации в доллары нет, расчёт начисления идет от курса криптовалюты. В будущем планируется добавить и приём других платежек, а пока  только криптовалюты для вкладов !

Para la estructuración de sectores culturales que se guíen por normativas y políticas públicas, es necesario que exista la gobernanza cultural, en donde se deben reunir gobierno y gestores culturales a pautar las infraestructuras y otros mecanismos puestos en marcha en torno a lo cultural, que además velen por un desarrollo justo, por un fomento a la ciudadanía cultural y por la democratización de la cultura.

En la gobernanza cultural se debe gestar la descentralización para administrar de manera adecuada la economía y progreso cultural, promoviendo la participación ciudadana y el diálogo con agentes sociales que puedan ser los participes de impulsar acciones, iniciativas y necesidades culturales en los territorios y en las regiones.
