I'm back! This last week-ish was a beautiful whirlwind, and even though I'm sad our wedding day is over, I'm ready for other projects to occupy my brain space. Like these guys! I wanted to show off these prototypes that I've had kicking around in my head and finally came to fruition - the concept is a spilling flower pot, with daisy chain fringe, and once I finally was able to learn how to daisy chain, I knew my next make was going to be these guys. I'm in love with the tiny caterpillar, he's just too cute! I even added some chalk pastel to mimic the mineralization that sometimes collects on the outside of terra cotta pots! A funky pair I made recently, featuring glitter, beads, and just some fun texture and color. We're playing catch up today, folks! In order to maintain some semblance of sanity while prepping fall pieces, I needed to finally edit photos and make listings for a few that fell by the wayside- starting with these pretty gals. These were made with both formal events and regular life in mind. The mica powder makes them shimmer, but the size keeps them subtle, and the delicate beaded edge adds interest!
