Note: I trimmed the beginning of the video so it would fit. 😊 Today my partner accompanied me to the #pool and he videoed me doing my #ModifiedPullUps. For each set I do 10 pull-ups while standing on the ladder and 10 down in the water.(So one set is 20 pull-ups).
