“All I can say is I’m sorry!” - @joelfreemanfitness Thanks for those reassuring words at the beginning of the workout!!! Not sure I’ll be able to use my arms much for the next week 🤣🤣 . . . . . . These were supposed to be on my toes. But my form was going to crap. My arms were shaking. My neck started to hurt. Modifications don’t mean you are working any less. I still felt these (holy crap did I!). Modifications mean you bring it to your level, with correct form so you DO get the best results from the move. . . . . .

No weights? No problem! Today I modified my last set of all my exercises. It was leg day make-up from yesterday. My back has been a little sore (because of booty 🍑🍑 muscles!) and I didn’t want to hurt myself. .. I lessened my weights. I didn’t use weights. I still got an amazing workout in. Dripping with sweat, even. Modifying doesn’t mean less.
