Today is day 1 without #TheLordling (he's out of town for 3 whole weeks!) AND my #spartan left for work this afternoon. I've decided that another rest day is needed for my back. It got a kinda pinchy at the gym yesterday so I stretched out on the ball and hit up the massage chairs but it's still feeling iffy today. I spent the morning and early afternoon hanging out with a friend and doing some shopping. This evening is TKD for the Lordling and study time for me. I've got an Anatomy lecture exam on Mon and a lab exam on Tues and I'm a lil stressed. Mostly cause I'm not sure what to expect and the testing style is so far from what I'm used to. How is this for a non-scale victory #nsv?!?! Before joining the gym on the 7th of this month my cardio fitness score was 'poor to fair'. Last week it was simply 'fair' and look where I am today!!! #yayforahealthierheart Too often we get stuck on what the scale says. I have been working my bootay off for over 2 weeks and only this morning saw a small change on the scale. I have noticed big changes in my energy and mood though. Don't get me wrong, I refuse to wear this size clothes and weigh this amount ANY LONGER but I'm also striving for a healthier and happier life from here on out.
