Artista sênior da Rockstar Games entre 2001 e 2016 e um dos responsáveis pela identidade visual de Grand Theft Auto (GTA), Bliss virá ao Brasil exclusivamente para a BGS, onde participará de um painel sobre sua trajetória profissional na indústria dos games e atenderá o público na área Meet & Greet Canon. Stephen Bliss iniciou sua carreira profissional no final da década de 1980, no Japão, e poucos anos depois retornou para a Inglaterra, onde se dedicou à produção de tirinhas cômicas. Sua arte peculiar, que misturava influências japonesas e ocidentais, chamou a atenção de empresas como MTV, Cartoon Network, Sony, Pepsi e GQ, para quem Bliss fez alguns trabalhos.  Nos anos 90, escreveu e ilustrou os quadrinhos da série da Sega "Sonic the Comic", e customizou versões do Gameboy para a Nintendo.

De 2001 a 2016, foi artista sênior da Rockstar Games, ajudou a estabelecer e consolidar o icônico estilo de ilustração e a identidade dos jogos da série Grand Theft Auto (GTA) e desenvolveu artes para itens de merchandising, pôsters, outdoors, capas de games e de revistas.

Em 2017, Bliss retornou às origens de seu trabalho, tanto como artista comercial quanto puramente estético. Entre suas obras recentes estão os grandes murais da Miami Ad School (Queens, NY) e do Classic Car Club (Manhattan, NY), e campanhas  publicitárias para grandes marcas. Também completou recentemente sua primeira mostra em Los Angeles, chamada 'I, Frankenstein' (na galeria Monorex).
