hihi! I've become a huge fan of weeping rosemary, and would like to ask when you're releasing the full game! Aside from that, the game is beautiful and so interesting to me. It reminds me of a few other little rpgmaker games I've played, and it feels really polished and complete! Even if it's just a demo! The ending gave me chills, and I can't wait to find out more! I'm so happy that you feel that way about Weeping Rosemary, to see it reminds you of others is such an honor, since the demo was my first time making a game!

As for the release date of the full game!! I am still unsure, but I am going to estimate that it will probably be sometime next year!

Because the demo was very rushed, and now that I'm graduated from uni, I want to take this chance to really flesh out and give the game the detail I feel it deserves, so if life doesn't throw out any curveballs - I would ideally like for the game to be released in May, as a way to celebrate the demo, but it all depends on what happens, since I am working on this game by myself!

Until then, I will try and keep everyone updated on progress & everything! Thank you so much!!

When he wasn’t sleeping, the humans held meals with him. Unperturbed by his stubborn silence, they would chatter on just as much as they had back when he’d taken refuge under their floorboards, the thread of conversation frequently derailed by quips and rambling anecdotes.

He thought he had figured it out after that first night, between the food he’d assumed was drugged and the sting of the silverware in his grip— not pure silver, but close enough to burn.

But he’d only felt more and more clear-headed as time passed, and the moment one of them had noticed his fingers spasming around a fork, they’d all kicked up a fuss and instantly swapped the silver utensils out for carefully carved wooden ones.

It was his own fault, in the end.

He’d leapt at the chance to work on a big SlireCorp facility, relishing the opportunity for employment in his field and a hefty paycheck. Sure, it was an awfully long way from any other inhabited planets, and even longer from his home or anyone he knew, but that was just a part of the dedicated security measures they had to deter any corporate espionage!

If he’d known then what sort of work they actually did, he wouldn’t have set even a single claw onboard their blighted transit vessel, let alone agreed to live at their physical on-planet facility.

Of course, by the time he found out, it was already too late.

Anx hadn’t really believed the hunters about the whole ‘protecting the innocents’ thing.

Sure, he believed they believed it, but that didn’t necessarily make it true. There were all sorts of ways to ‘save’ someone, and there were all sorts of reasons to deem someone guilty instead of innocent. Especially if that someone happened to be a monster.

Hunters were hunters. They could try and use pretty words to conceal the truth of their occupation all they wanted, but it wouldn’t fool Anx.

They’d realize he couldn’t give them what they wanted soon enough, and then he’d be fair game; subject to however they actually treated the other vamps they ran into.

That’s what he’d thought, anyhow.

Bewilderingly, Roman was now in the possession of a sword.

He’d been dumbfounded when the demand had been accepted, so certain in requesting it that he’d finally found a hole in the too-good-to-be-true arrangement that Logan had been presenting.

It didn’t count as an actual deal, he had told himself. Obviously, the human wouldn’t actually give his captive a hand-crafted weapon, which meant he wasn’t planning on fulfilling his end of the deal.

Thus, Roman was under no obligation to stick to the terms, and could make his grand escape without besmirching his honor!

Just over a week later, there was a sword hilt in his hand and a considerable amount of screaming in his head.

Had he really just signed himself up for a heaping helping of Stockholm Syndrome, all for the sake of a sword?

… Admittedly, it was a really nice sword.

Janus managed to bite three different people before they finally pinned him in one place long enough to force the makeshift muzzle over his head.

He didn’t regret it, persay, but the little victory would have been far more gratifying if he hadn’t gotten his head slammed into a wall hard enough to make him see stars right afterwards.

If it weren’t for the cobbled-together gag, he would have started swearing. It was already extremely unlikely that he’d make it out of this particular clusterfuck unscathed, and seeing double certainly wasn’t going to improve his odds.

They are! OC or canon! Pretty much the only thing I turn down is ferals & mecha since they're not really within my skills. Anthros tend to be an at-your-own-risk since I'm still learning them, but I do feel I've gotten way better at them lately. Lackadaisy unlocked something within me

I made the most recent post for them public so you can take a peek in detail, though everyone tends to submit them through the discord channel each month.

Hey Did You Know I Have a Patreon

As twitter's been slowly falling to pieces, I've been trying to slowly swap more to other platforms (while also not joining any new time sinks because I have a bad history of that). One effort has been turning my patreon into a public blog that I make monthly updates to!

Anyone can read it for free, but I have a huge backlog of past blog posts with various wips and concepts like the ones above that are still patron exclusive, and on occasion I'll still have the patron-only post. It's by no means my main source of income, but as I enter the part of the year where I have a ton of renewal fees, any extra support you may have is appreciated!

I'm trying to be better about making posts in here at the same time I make posts on my art twitter. I just finished the reflection for March, so if you want any insights into why it's been a bit quiet in here or get some thoughts & insights into some recent stuff I've worked on, check it out!

It hadn’t looked like much from the outside, sure, but the hollow wall interior was absolutely littered with enough cobwebs and old spiderwebs to mummify a borrower.

As someone with a twin brother to torment, Remus mentally tucked that visual away for future pranks and/or lifelong trauma.

The illness hit Logan hard and fast, not that Janus was allowed to witness it.

He’d been immediately ordered in no uncertain terms to stay far away from their normally unflappable leader in his compromised state, the result of Vee’s paranoia rearing its head at precisely the most inconvenient time.

For some reason, the forced distance grated on him as it hadn’t before. Perhaps it was the uselessness. Like this, he was absolutely no help at all. And sure, he was no healer, but he knew a thing or two about being sick.

Virgil exchanged one quick, panicked glance with his attacker-turned-rescuer, and knew he was screwed.

Regardless of their sudden, deeply suspicious change of heart, there was no way this guy was going to stick around to get caught on behalf of a Monoxide borrower, former member or not.

And if they stayed, they would be caught. Virgil was already as good as in Roman’s hand, his escape interrupted at the worst possible moment. Perched at the top of the pitcher without a hook to grapple down with, he was essentially stranded above a bone-breaking drop.
