“I hardly see the need for us to be here,” the Classless Servant mused, crimson gaze flicking up to one version of himself sat high above the island on their throne while he surely sensed the Caster version somewhere far in the distance. Never mind the fact that he himself hardly felt the effects of the island, as being the purest form of himself made it a trifle thing to contend with. Still, it was a worrisome little buzzing, like a displeased gnat trying to get your attention.

“but if that’s your wish, Master, I’ll have to humor you.” 

This was all said rather carelessly, as if the shadowy blade he had caught in one hand and was holding back didn’t bother him in the least. It didn’t truthfully, as the Shadow Servant didn’t seem to have the mind to twist it nor even let it go. So he was free to take his time conversing with his Master without much worry for actual injury.

At first, The Magus was extremely confused. Surely, this wasn’t the wrong thing do to? A hug was a form of affection between friends, correct? As she opened her mouth to speak, she could feel Hakuno’s grip go from being loose, to tight. Feeling her friend rest her head against her. 

Yuuki also tightened her grip upon her friend, allowing her the moments she needs. “I love you, Hakuno.”

After what was likely an intensive amount of prodding and insistence, the staff of Chaldea had finally talked their new master into summoning a second Servant. They had gotten everything ready for her, starting up the machine as it sprung to life. It was all quite simple, after all. Done a hundred times over by now.

Until something, somewhere, caused a hiccup. A glitch that left alarms flashing red as the summoning sequence went awry. Something was coming, whether they liked it or not when the magical light blinded the room.

“Seeeeen~pai!” 

There she stood, as indifferent to others’ feelings about her appearance as ever. Or, perhaps, even more so now.

He hardly considered what happened earlier bravery. More like stupidity- being in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was still reeling a little from the incident- and sore, too. Archer had certainly done a number on his throat, so when the young woman approached him, he was still rubbing at it. 

“Ah... you, you wanted one?” he asked, but didn’t give her time to answer. Of course she did, why else would she be here?

“I’m sorry,” he said, steeling himself and planting a chaste kiss on her lips, barely brushing against her before pulling away. He feared what might happen with extended contact, and hoped what he’d managed was satisfactory.

“There,” he murmured. And please... don’t mention it.

“You are the Master of the other me, yes?” The familiar voiced asked, the equally familiar figure in the not-so-familiar attire standing before Hakuno. It was interesting to him, seeing a version of Himself not bound to any class. To say he didn’t feel a tinge of envy would be a lie. His youth was something he wished for, so-much-so that it had led him to the Underworld to achieve it eternal. Still, that was past him now. 

“Your situation is an interesting one. I would introduce myself, but I suppose that would be unnecessary to you.”

A gloved hand was raised to the other to shake, perhaps uncharacteristic of the king that she knew. It seemed more like a gesture that equals would do, after all.

Perhaps this was an unwise course of action, given their history, but. “Ah. Do you - ” Hakuno already regretted this. “They were wrong to call you a tool.”

"........" A deep, hard sigh came from AI. It was still too early for super advanced violence.

"Mm... Of course I'm not." That's the best you'll get. At the very least, she didn't threaten violence.

"Yuuki." The overly casual mode of address is off-set by Hakuno's...timid expression, hidden 'round a corner, one of the many hallways leading away from the dancefloor. Her fingers, white from how tightly she's pressed against the wall, inch forward before retracting again. "I know we didn't come together – I don't know why I came, actually – but, well, there are a lot of people, and," she trails off, tone flat but her words are halting. "I don't know how to dance? Could you show me? I'll try my best not to step on your toes, promise." And she deploys her strongest weapon in full force, eyes wide and unsure, brows knit together, face flushed with embarrassment. "Please..."

Immediately Yuuki walked over to Hakuno, her hand outstretched with the warmest of smiles. Once the other grabbed hers, she would pull Hakuno out to a small corner from most of them, to avoid any embarrassment she may feel. “Of course, I’ll teach you. I’m not the best either, so we’ll do it together, okay? Alright, first things first. Step forward with the left foot. Right foot step sideways to the right. Bring your left foot next to your right foot. Step back with the right foot. Step back sideways with the left foot. Bring your right foot next to your left foot.” 

Yuuki led Hakuno, slowly allowing her to get used to the steps before putting them all together and following a slow simple waltz. Even if Hakuno stepped on her feet, she didn’t register it or mind it as Yuuki was doing her utmost to ensure she never stepped on Hakuno’s.
