Yeah sure thing thank you for showing interest eheh

So I actually have two OCs named Mordred! I actually really love the name I've been thinking of adding it to my list of names you can call me but I digress. I think I've mentioned both of them on the blog before but one of them is a Persona and the other is a demon.

The Persona Mordred is the Mordred I meant when I tagged that other post as Mordred. He is Riku's Black Mask Persona (his Loki essentially) and he is based on the Mordred from Arthurian Legends. For those who don't know he's seen as either King Arthur's son or nephew depending on the version of the tale. In some portrayals he's seen as a bastard who was planning to overthrow his uncle/father for his own gain but in other interpretations he's seen as more of a sympathetic character who was manipulated against Arthur. For the Persona I keep it kinda ambiguous which Mordred I mean deliberately because I think it's more interesting that way :] Design wise he's actually my favorite Persona I've designed (Lugh is close though) and you guys have seen his old design! He's a huge black/purple dragon, more serpentine but with a humanesque torso and arms, and he has parts of his skeleton exposed. He does have his own version of call of chaos but I won't talk about that because it's sort of spoilers? It's also a bit gross. I adore Mordred so much because he is based on a) my love of monsters/fucked up creatures and b) his design philosophy? He's supposed to be fear personafied (see what I did there hehe) and also he's based off of the idea that the part of you that's angry at the world is the part of you that loves you the most. I read that idea somewhere and as someone who's struggled with my own anger it is just such a powerful concept to me idk I love it. And as for story wise very simply put: Riku awoke to him in the Metaverse when he was 14ish but only after he got sent back in time after the thieves failed the Hatanaka palace deadline in the original timeline... if that makes sense (Black Captain is a NG+ AU of sorts...)

Then for the other Mordred I plan on talking more about him soon because he is part of my Spidersona lore! Basically he's a prince of Hell (or demon dimension I haven't ironed out all those details yet) and he possessed a genetically enhanced spider that died after a failed OckTech experiment (three guesses who owns OckTech). He had the spider bite Prince Parker (me kinda) and then proceeded to make a deal with him. He would become a sort of patron for Prince (grant him extra powers outside of the spider stuff) and in return Prince helps him round up demons that have escaped hell. These demons will appear as either like small time demons that are easy enough to recapture or some are my own universe's classic Spiderman villains (Green Goblin and Lizard for example). I suppose the whole pact thing is similar to warlocks in DND (I don't play dnd but I know that's a thing). I'll go into this in more detail in the Spiderfiend post but every time Mordred grants me a new power there is a catch, and Spiderfiend wears a ring every time a new power is granted (the ring can't be removed its a symbol of the pact if you get me). Personality wise he's very serious about his position and doesn't like abusing his power. He is however a bit of a dumbass - for example the reason he had the spider bite Prince, is because he through Prince was like a human prince 💀

Fun in the Sun

"Ahh.....white sand, blue water, clear skies. Does it get any better than this?"

Ishtar took a long sip from her drink as she lounged on her beach chair, and Val couldn't bring herself to disagree. It was beautiful, and the chance to relax and appreciate it with Ishtar was a blessing. Absentmindedly, the goddess waved a hand behind her towards the cabana bar, and an enterprising young man rushed to replace their drinks.

"Ah, thank you. Here, for your quick service."

The boy looked in confusion at the sizable red gemstone in his hand. It was the strangest tip he had ever gotten, but these were strange guests, and he had been told to roll with it. Shrugging, he returned to the bar. At least it was the woman in sunglasses that paid in gems and not the two crazies with swords.

The two crazies with swords faced each other, manic grins plastered on their faces. Val had suggested that Alter and Musashi play some volleyball, which had certainly been a good warmup. But both of them wanted more, wanted to push themselves against each other. Which was what found them starting an impromptu home run derby. Of course, without a bat and ball, they had to make do with a sword and fireballs, but that just meant it was more exciting.

Thankfully, Val made sure that there weren't any bystanders around before this had gotten started, so there was no reason for either to hold back. For all that Alter threw at her, Musashi never missed her mark. Fire soared over the ocean, black blazes streaking through the sky like meteors. The spectacle was a sight to behold, and Val couldn't help but find the fun the pair were having to be infectious.

Val marveled at Mash and Mordred's creation. She never had luck making sand castles, so the scale model of Camelot was nothing short of astounding. The real thing was impressive, certainly. Whether the walls of Mash's only Noble Phantasm or the fortress-city of the sixth singularity, it had always been breathtaking. But to watch as formless masses of sand were shaped by hand was nothing short of a wonder. She hadn't expected Mordred to be enjoying herself this much, but the knight was like a woman possessed. She almost seemed more invested than Mash was, and displayed surprising skill in every detail she put in.

Val snapped a picture of the pair surreptitiously while they were distracted. Seeing the two enjoying themselves brought a smile to Val's face, and she wanted to remember the moment. On top of that, she was sure Artoria would appreciate how joyful her knights were as they recreated her castle.

Planning dinner was often a task even if Val was only taking one of my her partners out. After all, Servants tended to be big eaters to supplement their magical energy. Taking all five out meant that buffets were the only real option, both for preference and quantity.

The table was abuzz, everyone in good spirits. While Alter and Val were refilling their plates, Mordred and Musashi seemed to be competing over who's plate could be stacked tallest and Ishtar was already trying to convince Mash to help her make a sand temple the next time they were both at a beach.

Feeling her pocket vibrate, Val handed Alter her plate and fished out her phone, noting nobody displayed on the caller ID. Stepping to a quieter section of the restaurant, she picked up the call.

"This is Val."

Val was greeted with a static in response.

"Val, fina---! You ne-- to get o----- th--e, the singu-----y’s st--ility --st plumme---!”

“Ereshkigal? What’s going on? Where’s Da Vinci?”

“She’s with S---, s---thing’s int----ring with th----all. I was c-----ng in anyw----o she----- try t----ntact you. T-that’s -----portant, tho--h! Look for wha----r mi--t be ----ing the int------ce, you need to g-----OW.”

“Shit, we’re breaking up, I couldn’t get that. Let me get the others, we’ll figure something out.”

Without hanging up the call, Val turned to go back to the the booth. Six abandoned plates greeted her, a glass of water dripping off the side of a seat and food-covered forks splattered on the ground.

“The hell? Where’d they--”

A feeling like a tug behind Val’s stomach cut her off. Vertigo made her stumble forward, dropping her phone. In a flash of green light, Val disappeared.

“What’s happening? Val? VAL?”

“Got her! Recall in 2...1...”

Leaping from the communications console, Ereshkigal joined Sion and Da Vinci at the coffins. With a hiss, the door slid open.

“No...”

Reaching in, Da Vinci picked up the phone and ended the call.

Nightmare

Fire.

Blue fire.

It was everything she could see.

And screams. There were screams.

They sounded as if they were in agonising pain.

After a while, when her sight got a bit more focused, she was able to see more than the flames. There's a big room with many, many coffins, too much to count. And on the floor were... oh god.

Suddenly a wave of nausea hit her.

Why could she remember THAT so clearly?

In front of her laid a body. Many parts of it were burned and things like the clothing was still burning with those blue flames.

Loud steps could be heard over the fires hissing.

Someone started to shout something.

She couldn't understand it.

The shouting came nearer.

A man barged into the room, a fire extinguisher in his hands.

But he wasn't using it for the flames.

He looked at her, clear anger in his eyes.

He stomped over to her and it looked like he was going to attack her with the fire extinguisher.

The man raised the red object.

Just before he could attack her, the girl closed her eyes.

The only thing she could hear were her own scream and the hissing of the fire.

She woke up with a startled noise. Her breathing was heavy and tears formed in her eyes.

It was just a dream. Nothing more.

Just a nightmare.

That's what she was trying to tell herself.

But she had a hard time calming down.

Slowly she sat up in her bed and stared at the plushies in her room.

Her hands reached out to grab her bunny, maybe it could help to snuggle it a bit.

She grabbed the soft blue fur like material and pulled it towards her.

Some time passed and the tears stopped to fall. But sleep definitely wasn't an option anymore.

The blond girl hesitated for a second, but decided to get out of bed and walk around for a while. Nobody should notice her. After all, it's the middle of the night. Even if some people stayed up late, they should have fallen asleep by now.

The heroic spirits should also be asleep. Sure, they don't need to, but what else should they do? Sleeping is the best way for them to spend time when they can't really do anything else. The only one who could be awake is Lobo, but she doesn't want to think about him right now. It's for the best if she doesn't met him during the night.

It didn't take long for her to get into the kitchen of chaldea. Cat was baking cookies today, maybe she could steal some? Sammy put the bunny plushie on the counter and reached for a Jar. But before she could reach it-

"Still obsessed with cookies?"

The blond girl visibly flinched and quickly turned towards the voice. A pair of orange eyes stared at her. She couldn't see more of her because of the darkness of the room, but her eyes were enough for Sammy to know who was standing there.

"Do you have to scare me like that?"

Whispered she and reached for her bunny to pull it close to her. A chuckle could be heard from the young woman in front of her. But she didn't say anything. She just walked up to Sammy, retrieved the cookie jar and turned towards the smaller girl. Non of them said a single word when they left the kitchen to walk back into the Masters room.

Both of them sat in silence on Sammy's bed, with a blanket draped over them and the cookie jar between them. The woman looked at her, worry clearly showing in her eyes.

"Nightmare?"

Samira was silent for a while. Her eyes focused on the jar, before she looked up again. Blue stared into orange. Sammy hesitated before she spoke:

"Well, it was scary to see your corpse in that coffin, Mordred."

The blue flames can't be extinguished with water. The match girl, or in this case Sammy, needs to calm down to let them dissappear.

Mordred isn't the Mordred from arthurian legends! The Mordred mentioned in this little story is just named after the Servant. I'm gonna tag her as "Mordred Williams", so it's easier to recognize who I'm writing about!

Mordred Williams died in the false light project, but she is still in Chaldea. Do you have any theories why?

Forgetting to buy more SP patches before taking on the final boss was probably a mistake.

Forgetting to sell the items I can’t take into NG+ for cash that I can take into NG+ was probably a mistake.

Forgetting to get Arsene out of Lockdown so that I can record his awesome new stats for NG+ was probably a mistake.

In my defense, I was really excited. I wonder if the game will let me make a side trip while I’m out...buying flowers. Because that is what it has come to.

Shinya is a terrible brat and wasn’t in Akihabara at ALL until the day before the deadline. Thanks, Shinya. There goes my max confidants. Blugh. At least I got some other things done. Got the award for the maid cafe, so I don’t have to go back except once to open the Twins field trip. I still suck at batting even with third eye. But I am a champ at fishing, it only took me like five trips to the fishing pond to catch the Guardian! I could have done it in less if I’d figured out how to manage my bait properly sooner.

Smile, Akira, we’re awesome! ...still not even halfway to enough fish points for the award, though. :/

I am also awesome at the crane game in Akihabara, and by that I mean I am persistent and have enough yen that it doesn’t matter how many tries it takes.

Ryuji truly knows the way to my heart. <3 I missed two episodes of Featherman; one I forgot to check the TV, and the other I was laughing so hard at the title that I forgot to write it down. But I know where they are, so it’s something else for NG+. ^_^

So I romanced Sumire, and I’m...slightly off-put. Only slightly. Not because of her, but once again, because of the writing. Sumire is cute, but the game is singling her out as “special” again.

She is the only one who confesses to you, and you explicitly have the option to turn her down, rather than the implications of a confession that you can shoot down indirectly (Haru’s, Makoto’s, Futaba’s), or the absolute fucking galaxy-brain leap of logic that is Ann’s dialogue choices. X’D

If you ignore that, though, they’re stupidly cute. Akira’s a little shit, as usual. Sumire asks you to “look at her”, based on her whole confidant thing of realizing that having someone you care about watching you makes you want to do better.

And so Akira looks.

And looks closer.

They’re sweet. Not my favorite romance route; that still goes to Haru. I think in the end I still prefer Akira adding another member to his army of younger siblings. He’s gotta be better than Yu. XDDD

So I got Kasumi’s rank 10 and literally the next day was February 2nd, and I spent the afternoon getting her third-tier persona. So I didn’t even get to see...Vanadis? in battle. Vanadis matches a little too well to Arsene for my tastes, and Ella is pretty, but I’m not sure how I feel about it looking kind of bride-ish when Maruki’s running around in a wedding tux.

Anyway...what do we do the night before the meeting that will decide everything?

We make curry and we pretend everything isn’t about to go to hell.

So, Maruki. Let’s chat.

Does no one die in your world? Or move away? What if someone’s dream is to move abroad, and someone else’s dream is for that person to stay with them forever? If what we saw in your Palace is any indication, both of them would be tortured into accepting new dreams where they wouldn’t hurt each other. Dreams that you deemed acceptable. And that’s why you’re wrong.

So you’re giving up your happiness to make sure everyone else is happy? Why can’t you just use your powers to make her remember you, without the trauma? Are you not all-powerful?

Or are you running away from the person that reminds you how helpless you used to be? You’re not moving on, you’re dwelling, and using it as an excuse to be terrible. For all of your kindness, you know Akira is a threat. And benevolent or not, you’re being manipulative. You’re using Goro against him. You’re hoping that he makes the decision you didn’t, and chooses the person he cares about over the reality he wants.

Every time he says something like this, I feel exactly the way he says he didn’t want me to. Newsflash, asshole, that’s exactly what it seems like. If we break your reality, you’re heavily implying he won’t be here afterwards. And you’re gambling that it will be too much pain for Akira to bear, because you know how important they are to each other.

Goro, meanwhile, is both perfectly determined and perfectly stupid.

“Don’t tell me you think dangling my life before us is going to have any impact on our decision.”

Goro. Honey. Do you really think he cares so little that he wouldn’t hesitate for just a moment?

Akira practically throws the calling card at Maruki before he leaves, which I think sums up his feelings pretty well.

I appreciate that Morgana understands that this is something between them.

Goro doesn’t want to be controlled or manipulated ever again. Which... I get it. He’s never had a chance to have full control of his own life. But that doesn’t mean Akira isn’t going to be upset by the idea of him dying. Again.

Two out of three dialogue options are basically “hang on one fucking second,  your life matters to me.”

“Don’t oversimplify this.”

“Oh, but it IS simple. Do you think I’d be happy with this? Being shown mercy now of all times? I don’t want to be pitied-- this isn’t something I’m debating with you! Your indecisiveness is essentially a betrayal of my wishes.”

It’s not pity, you stubborn, idiot boy. ...and I hate that you see it as a betrayal.

Maruki is...very confident. And very kind. And part of the reason he upsets me is because he isn’t wrong, in many cases. But he uses that to justify imposing his will on everyone.

And being kind doesn’t mean that you are free from sin. You can be kind and still be manipulative. And selfish. In the end, that’s what separates him and Akira. Akira, despite all of his hesitation, refuses to be selfish. Even when he has every right to be. He will not hurt someone else to prevent himself from being hurt.

He will not hurt Goro by refusing to fight Maruki, even if it will rip his own heart to pieces.

Oh, I like you. At first glance, the silhouette was very similar to one of Mordred’s original pieces of concept art, though, and I was ready to Yell before I looked closer. XD

And so, at 11:30pm, having completely forgotten the several things I needed to have done before the meeting with Maruki, we head in to steal the Treasure.

This man needs to stop. How dare he know how much I love Cool Stairs?

I find it very concerning that the core of Eden is a writhing mess of tentacles. The metaphorical worm in the apple? X’D We were so close to getting Nyarlathotep, but Azathoth is suitably intimidating. And I appreciate that he’s using the same concepts as the Thieves: his will to rebel against what he sees as an unfair reality, and removing his mask to summon his distorted persona. Thanks for validating all of my headcanon meta about Adachi and Palaces all in one go.

But...

I can’t do this. What the fuck are you wearing?

At least Azathoth is cool.

Somehow I managed to bring exactly the right team to get consistent four-person baton passes for the whole first round. That one was about half an hour.

...the second round was an hour and fifteen minutes because holy shit this thing was a tank and had entirely too many arms and really needed to stop healing.

The torch is very pretty, at least.

And then before we can completely book it out of there, he steals the torch back and literally forces his second awakening so he can keep going. And at that point...what is he even hoping to accomplish? What is he going to do? Are you really willing to kill us to maintain this illusion?

The answer is apparently yes because it was a surprisingly poetic battle as each teammate in turn got a chance to fling themselves in the way and stop it from crushing Joker to death with it’s big giant hand.

And THEN he goes even further and validates some canon meta and me all at once by fusing with his own persona in a continuing last-ditch effort to... I really think he’s trying to kill us. I think he’s that far gone. Or at least his persona is. Because after the fusion, it’s specifically called “Adam Kadmon”, not Maruki. The persona is in control. It’s canon that if you try to summon something stronger than you, it can overtake and possess you. I know Maruki seemed to willingly give up control, but it’s also possible that forcing his second awakening like that left him with a persona that was entirely too strong for him.

(Nevermind that him being that strong in the first place is kind of ridiculous. That’s a discussion for after the final credits. I’m just hyped that someone fusing with their persona was a thing that actually happened!)

He’s so big. Where’s Satanael so I can fuse with him and we can have a megazord fight in Collapsing Ideal Tokyo? XD

The kids up the Holy Shit Quotient by a mile by catching the giant fist all together so that Joker can deal the final blow.

And what a final blow it is.

I really like this, because I don’t know if it was deliberate, but I read it as a callback to Daybreakers. Which came out before the game, iirc, so the first real piece of content. It’s just on a bigger, grander scale.

Everything comes full-circle in the end.

I really like the Mona helicopter. XD I just wish it was a little bigger, because poor Goro squished into the bottom. And poor Akira not managing to make it into the helicopter.

And this asshole WILL NOT STAY DOWN.

What is the point of punching it out on top of the collapsing Palace? Are you trying to kill us both? Do you just want to keep going until neither of us can stand? Dude.

And of course Akira won’t let him die. I think the upsetting thing about this, though, is really that you don’t get the chance to say a proper goodbye to Goro. Or anyone, really, but mostly Goro. The Palace crumbles, Akira wakes up in jail, the Thieves wake up the next morning after fighting all night, and Goro is...gone.

At least the Thieves seem properly sad this time. Even if it’s only for one scene.

Lavenza calls it “ironic” that “your wish for other’s happiness prevailed over your own.” I just call it unfair. Once again, hasn’t he done enough? At least he was only technically in jail for nine days from his perspective, but that must have been a whiplash of an adjustment.

Out of jail, Sojiro acknowledges he was Terrible at the beginning of the year, it’s 2:30am, time to do Valentines and then go to bed before the final walkaround.

And then Valentines passes. I spent it with Sumire. They’re cute.

And then it was February 15th and all the rest of the girls gave me chocolate?? It was just a constant ambush of being given chocolate all day?

And then it was March 3rd, and the Thieves are all splitting up and moving away? Are we sure this isn’t Scramble’s timeline? I get it, narratively, they’re taking the opportunities to move forward that Maruki’s reality would have denied them, but it still hurts.

And then it was March 13th and I still can’t save and now it’s 3am and apparently we get to play out White Day and Sojiro is giving me advice for the perfect date because captain idiot here forgot to plan anything and what heckin’ restaurant is getting this flustered that just mentioning Sojiro’s name is enough to get a table when they’re fully booked and---

Now it’s the 14th and I have to go buy flowers for my dinner date and I have finally been given control and saved and I am free.

Now next time I play I have to see if I can go sell my leftover items, because I’ve got a couple-hundred-thousand yen worth, and also rescue Arsene from prison. X’D

More thoughts on Maruki and everything after I see the ending, most likely.

If you don't mind me asking, what are you thoughts on the red servants?

Why the heck would I mind you are giving me a reason to talk about Apocrypha which means I am delighted.

But this is kinda long so apologies. (Also a tad spoilery for those who have yet to see the anime/read the LN/manga etc)

Karna: I love him. Ilove him so much. He’s the best possible example of a blunt character thatisn’t cruel or “brutally honest” in a mean way. He was just so quiet yetpassionate, and honest, and simple, and damn. I cried so hard over him, and Iwas sad that he and Siegfried didn’t meet again properly.

Mordred: I love!! Them!! Too!! I have a thing for theoriginal character of Mordred (I find him fascinating in so many ways) so I waspredisposed to like the Fate one, and they did not disappoint. Angry but stillknightly, loyal in their own way, character growth, and their friendship withSisigou? All good, very good. More crying over them.

Achilles: Tbh I developed a greater appreciation forAchilles and Atalanta due to Fractal Scarring, because otherwise I have a bit ofa sore spot about Achilles (I liked Chiron better, that episode hurt). Butactually I liked the interpretation of the legend, and I at least didn’tdislike him. Actually I liked his conversations with Shirou, too. I wish therehad been more of that. His end with Atalanta was heartbreaking.

Atalanta: Kinda neutral. I wish there had been more of herhonestly because she had potential for me but she just didn’t catch myattention quite enough?

Spartacus: I DON’T LIKE BODY HORROR SO YOU CAN GUESS HOW IFEEL ABOUT THIS GUY

Shakespeare: Really interesting take on “Shakespeare” as aServant, but I wanted to punt him off the hanging garden. He seriously annoyedme so much but he was a good character. Don’t like him, but like him as anaddition to the story.

Semiramis: Kinda the same as Shakespeare. (Although her andShirou and her feelings towards him and their end f***ng killed me). I likedher design and I thought she was interesting but she was also too sneaky andtricky...

...If you can’t tell, I like straightforward characters hahaha. But there you go! Thanks for asking!

King Arthur, his court, his enemies, and other assorted figures of English (Theadoran) folklore. Primary concerns are chivalry and romance (the poetic kind, not the sexy kind.)

MAJOR DEITIES.

ARTHUR PENDRAGON. A Hero. One of the Nine Worthies, and king of the Britons. Defeated many neighboring tribes, pulled Excalibur out of the stone and/or received it from the Lady of the Lake. THE FAERIE KNIGHT. Half faerie, son of Caelia. Brother to the Black Knight. Enjoys adventures, is sometimes a rival to Arthur. Alignment: N Domains: Family duty

GALAHAD. The pure. Courageous, gallant, Lancelot’s son by Elaine. Occupant of the Siege Perilous, the seat reserved for the knight who will find the Holy Grail and so named because everyone who sits in it but him dies. Galahad however lives when he sits in it, and with superpowers given to him by his virginity he saves everyone and accomplishes amazing things. The is the purest pure who ever pure’d and therefore gets to see the Holy Grail. Alignment: LG Domains: Purity, fidelity

LADY OF THE LAKE. Her name is Nimue and she’s a faerie who gives Arthur his sword and teaches Merlin magic. Known to help beginning magic users, especially women. Alignment: NG Domains: Magic, water, fate

LANCELOT. A Knight of the Round Table, Arthur’s most trusted knight until hos affair with Guinevere. This is exploited by Mordred, and Arthur loses his kingdom because of it. Alignment: N Domains: Treachery, betrayal

MALEAGANT. Abductor of Guinevere, antagonist of Arthur. Alignment: CE Domains: Lust

MERLIN. One of the greatest wizards who ever lived.Arthur’s adviser. Known to occasionally help out beginning wizards who go to him for help. Alignment: NG Domains: Magic, wizardry

MORDRED. A traitor and foe of Arthur. While Arthur is gone from the court on a quest he takes the throne, declares himself king, and marries Guinevere, forcing Arthur to come back and fight him. Arthur won, Mordred is seeking revenge to this day. Alignment: NE Domains: Treason, treachery

MORGAN LE FAY. A faerie witch and antagonist. Especially hates Guinevere, sexually aggressive, has many lovers. Married off by her father to an abusive man she doesn’t love, has a string of lovers, resents Merlin and Arthur for their role and complicity in her marriage. Lusts after Lancelot but he loves Guinevere. Sometimes ally to Lucifer. Alignment: CN Domains: Survival, women, magic

OBERON. A king of the faeries. Consort to Titania. Often argues and fights with her. Tricky bastard. Alignment: N Domains: Trickery, magic, freedom

TALIESIN. A bard of Arthur’s court. Was once an assistant to a witch, who brewed a potion of inspiration and knowledge, but Taliesin accidentally drank it and ran away. He now sees what is, what was, and what is yet to pass. One of the most legendary bardic poets ever. Alignment: N Domains: Poetry, bards

ACCOLON. Morgan le Fay's lover. Fights Arthur with her and on her behalf.Alignment: CN Domains: Loyalty to adversaries

TITANIA. The queen of the faeries. Alignment: N MINOR DEITIES. AKA Robin Hood and his Merry Men (and Marian!), and all the other Arthurian side stories. TRISTAN AND ISOLDE. Lovers. Drank a love potion, fell madly in love. She marries a king named Mark, but because of the potion can not help loving Tristan. The king's advisers try to catch them in the act, but they use trickery to maintain the appearance of innocence. Alignment: N Domains: Love in the face of adversity

MUCH THE MILLER'S SON. Midge Miller. A merry man. Rescues and looks after Robin. Alignment: CG

LITTLE JOHN. An enormous man, the second in command to Robin. Loyal to Robin. Met Robin when he was trying to cross a bridge and bested him with quarterstaffs, but joined his band anyway. Alignment: CG

THE SHERIFF OF NOTTINGHAM. His name is Philip Mark. Lusts after Maid Marian, famously. The main opponent of Robin Hood, tries multiple times to have him brought in with no success. Alignment: LE

I didn't like how Mordred went to the dark side all because of a love interest.

I wish that there had been more of Mordred. I think he was a bit left out in series 5, mainly during the middle - if we had more of him being a trusted knight, it would have made his departure a bit more shocking.

I know that only 5 series were planned, but there was a huge amount of useless episodes in the last series, and Mordred's turn to the dark side was too abrupt.

I don't think Merlin could have done anything to change the outcome of Morgana or Mordred. Even if Merlin told Morgana about his power, it wouldn't change the fact that her sister comes in and takes her to the dark side. Even if Mordred was nicer to Mordred, it wouldn't change the fact that Kara comes in, tries to kill Arthur and is hanged.
