colette has analgesia due to the illithid parasite burrowing into her brain as well as having been dissected over and over again by kressa. her nerves have essentially been torn apart and put back together that they don't fire properly, if at all.

what does this mean exactly? well, it means that colette rarely feels pain. that means she is prone to taking too much damage because, well, she can't feel the hits she's already taken. She could have a gash across her back that she has no idea is there because she doesn't feel it.

this also means that she's prone to exhaustion due to blood loss and fainting spells. her bag of holding is most predominantly filled to the brim with healing potions because she knows that the healer of the party can't continuously pump healing magic out in her regards.

while this is mainly a double edged sword, the closer colette gets to unconscious, the harder she fights. the slayer wills her limbs to fight and continue and be the hurricane of horror that she is when she is too far gone in her blood lust.

all in all, analgesia = you may see colette with an arrow sticking out of her shoulder because she has no idea its there.
