I'm not thinking about Taylor crying when he thought his dad was dead and being so adamant on saving him from the ISS vs calling him a loser and not wanting him in his life at all... I'm not thinking about the betrayal... I'm not thinking about how it affected Nicky's views on trust and friends... I'm not thinking about Nicky saying he doesn't have any friends... I'm not thinking about him coming around on trust but being too late... I'm not thinking about "This is as good as it's gonna get"... I'm not thinking about "I don't know my grandson" and "Would you like to?"... I'm not thinking about Glenn not being around when Taylor was born... I'm not thinking about Jodie being disappointed in Nicky... I'm not thinking about Nicholas' loyalty to Jodie and how their relationship surely would have changed when Jodie mixed with Zhao. glenn is the person who avoids the dentist for literal years for various reasons* only to find (to everyone’s consternation) that his teeth are in great condition, actually, and is insufferable about it for weeks.

morgan does everything right and still somehow manages to pop out a filling while flossing.

*glenn claims it’s to avoid mind control implants. everyone assumes he’s just scared of the dentist.**

**glenn lets people believe it’s the second one because the actual truth is something far more embarrassing.

Sometimes I wonder if Nick ever slipped up around Morgan and accidentally referred to things that happened with the other version of her without realizing. Just, imagining the Nick Close version of himself that exists within' the new Nicky version of himself that came back from the realms. He heard Glenn say, "She's not my Morgan." but she's not his wife anymore, but she is still Nick's mom. He gets his mom back, but it's the wrong mom at the same time. On some days it's probably a balm, but on others it just makes the grief worse, and he can't explain it to her.

my personal belief is that Morgan and Glenn met bcs Glenn thought it would be funny to try to organize a "support group" (it was really just gonna be a cool hang out party with probably a lot of drugs) for people with the same names as celebrities on like . Myspace or something . and Morgan was the only one who showed up .
