Sometimes we go to schools and offer a yoga class. The kids love it and enjoy the moments of non competitive non judgmental movement based yoga. We’re very excited to come back to Dubai this November and show you what we’ve learned in 14 years of teaching kids worldwide. Having personally trained over 1,380 teachers in 46 cities and 20 countries, I can humbly promise you that you will learn enough in this weekend to immediately share this ancient practice with kids of all sizes, shapes, abilities, backgrounds and philosophies. We teach to model, not instruct. After last weeks meditation, the mom told me while she was #meditating she felt her son touch her fingers.
