Pt 1

Tweek tried to, but ultimately will never, learn how to drive with heavy advice from his loved ones (Craig). It’s too stressful. It’s dangerous because of his anxiety and tics for others and himself. No driving for Tweek. Please.

Cartman doesn’t make fun of Craig for being “half ginger” because he’s a little scared of him… kind of.

Speaking of, Cartman showed Craig his own wiener (as per TxC) of his own volition.

Mrs. Tweak - Character analysis (Part 5)

Day 1: I covered her introduction in S2. Day 2: I covered her appearances from S3 to S5. Day 3: I covered her role in S6. Day 4: I covered her presence from S7 to S18. Today we're dissecting a new era starting with S19! It's a new era in South Park, when PC Principal first visits the town. Helen Tweak sits there with her family.

The biggest turn of events she will experience in the new PC culture is that she learns her son Tweek is gay.

Richard: Tweek's out of coffee, honey. Helen: Oh, here you go, kiddo. [fills Tweek's cup] Richard: Tweek, is there anything you want to talk to us about? Tweek: No. Richard: [slowly] Well, we heard that you're gay. And I want you to know we've never been so proud of you. Tweek: Oh God. [lets his head hit the table, smashing into all of his food] Richard: We thought you were just a spaz, but to know that you've got so much going on inside. Helen: We're so proud of you, Tweek. Tweek: AAaaagh! Richard: Knowing what I know now, I'm gonna be a much better dad to you. In fact, I just, I just want to give you some money, Tweek. [pulls out his wallet and then some bills] Can I give you some money? [Tweek looks up with mashed potatoes covering parts of his face] Here, I I love you so much, son. [hands Tweek the bills] The scene plays out in miscommunication like all their dinner scenes go. And it is more telling of Richard's character than it is Helen's. Still, her openness to modern values is showing through how easily he accepts her gay son, unlike a traditional housewife would have in prior decades. Her character always had this hint of modernity as demonstrated back when she supported Harbucks, and she is able to influence Richard in these subtle ways, who himself used to be a man of tradition. Because they not only accept Tweek's sexuality, they are outright proud of it. Of course it is partly because they don't understand him as well as they would like as parents, and they got to know a layer of him, which is a concept that they understand and can show their support for.

Richard: Well, hello Craig. Honey, it's Craig. Helen: Awww, hi Craig. Craig: Is Tweek home? Richard: He sure is. Come on in. [holds the door open for Craig. From his house, Randy gives Richard a thumbs up. Richard returns the gesture and closes the door, then joins Mrs. Tweek and Craig in the middle of the living room] Would you like to have some coffee, Craig Craig: No, thank you, I just want to see Tweek. Helen: Awww. Richard: Tweek's just up in his room playing. You can go on up. [Craig starts going upstairs] Oh, uh, but keep the door open, alright? [Craig gets mad at the insinuation. Richard says to his wife] They're so gay. They show a lot of affection for Craig, who isn't used to this kind of treatment at home. He might be wary of it though, as these very people griefed his castle in Minecraft and took all his dandelions. Just like watching TV together and playing video games together brought the pair closer to each other, their son is the most important for them, and when Tweek's relationship with Craig becomes a town-wide phenomenon, they are closer to each other than ever. When Tweek fakes a break-up, they are both distraught, Richard especially so, and Helen chooses to stay strong and aid him. But they never seem to confront Tweek about it.

After Tweek gets back with Craig, she is most probably happy for him again, but we only see her in crowd scenes for the remainder of S19 and the whole of S20. In S21 she and Richard discuss in disappointment how terrible Mark Zuckerberg talking about the fake content of facebook was, only to find him on their own couch.

Richard: I swear, that was the worst public speaker I've ever seen. What was Mark Zuckerberg's point? Helen: I don't even understand what that was about. Richard: Guess nobody realized that Mark Zuckerberg was such a penis. (The living room. The Tweaks enter and find Zuckerberg on their sofa eating a bowl of chips.) Richard: What the hell? Helen: It's Mark Zuckerberg. Richard: I know who it is! [to Zuckerberg] Excuse me, what are you doing here?! Mark: I was invited here by people. Richard: We invited you to come speak to our community about our problems! Mark refuses to leave, since they invited him to their home in an allegory to how people let him be a part of their lives through facebook. Not precisely connected to her character, this is more of a "this could happen to anyone" situation, however I like how stoic and nonchalant she acts contrasted by Richard's impulsive nature. That seems to be their couple dynamic through most of the show.

In season 22, she appears first invited to the Marsh home again, to hear her good friend Sharon out on her problem involving school shootings, which doesn't seem to concern Helen or anybody else. She appears through the season here and there in the background, however she has a more meaningful part in the season's penultimate episode, Unfulfilled. Fun fact: This is the first time we see a variation in Helen's clothes, namely an Amazon worker outfit.

Stephen: So this is where all the main boxing and transferring happens. I'm excited to have you guys working here at the fulfillment center, Mr. and Mrs. Tweak. Richard: We really didn't have a choice. Since the fulfillment center opened, me and my wife's coffee business has gone belly-up. It's kind of a sad situation. Back in Gnomes, large companies weren't such villains in the eyes of Trey and Matt, but 20 years later, not even Helen Tweak is defending them, now is she? We don't know for sure, since she doesn't say a word, but even she is shocked when co-worker Josh (waving on the picture) gets hit and basically packed into a box. Guess we're done today, hope to send out part 6 soon! Thanks for all the likes and comments.

It's odd to me that "Helen" is the most popular canon name for Mrs. Tweak because "Helen" and "Richard" are already the names of Timmy's parents. Is this just a coincidence or are we doing like a meta joke and subtly poking fun at Stephen/Linda Stotch and Steve/Linda Black?
