shinee married to the music - SO SO SO 1960s-70s camp horror very clear inspiration from a specific genre and era of british horror (and imo a good comparison to make against block b jackpot in which yes the visuals are similar but the members’ positions are not subverted but are rather in power over the main girl. meanwhile in mttm the members are in a disempowered position thus subverting expectations)

(as opposed to black swan which yes has very obvious horror inspiration sources but works better as little more than a reference to the movie in order to make the point of the song rly obvious)
