Neutral B: Soul Fist Morrigan launches a ball of energy forward.

Side B: Valkyrie Turn Morrigan becomes intangible and dashes forward; while the initial dash deals minimal damage, should Morrigan pass through anyone, she’ll suddenly reverse direction to deliver a kick from behind.

Down B: Lifedrain Morrigan grabs onto an energy, and slowly drains a little bit of their life force in order to heal some of her own damage.

Up B: Shadow Blade Morrigan transforms her arm into a deadly blade, then performs an uppercut.

Luna could see that Kirk was thinking, about what she couldn't guess, but she very much doubted it was about her. Men had always considered her appearance too strange, too odd, she was used to being looked over- and well, she believed someone as handsome as James Kirk deserved better. Still, she clung to the fragile thread of hope that maybe he would at least come to consider her a friend in time. But for now she decided to have just a little fun, prod him just enough to see what his reaction would be.

She smiled at him, her words kind and genuine.

"Thank you for allowing me to have a home here with you, I know it must not be easy to let people in."

Her words were carefully chosen, hoping Kirk would be able to pick up on the subtle nuances. She knew about his facade, and rather than be forward and risk pushing him away, she tried to let him know that she was aware. She trusted Kirk, wanted to help him, in anyway she could.

She smiled a little more at the blush as she noticed it. Charming. I didn't think a man as smooth as him could blush...

In the new light the more understated beauty of her was revealed. Luna had a delicate lace work of golden freckles across her nose and cheekbones, her eyelashes were long and thick as they framed her navy eyes. Her eyes- were perhaps her most striking feature, navy blue so rich in color, so vibrant- but in the light small silver flecks reminiscent of stars dotted her irises. She truly looked almost ethereal, as if she could very well be made of moonlight or stardust. Her hair was curly, but the wildness seemed to suit her, lending to her otherworldly appearance. Her hair was naturally platinum, but in the light appeared almost white with silver.

"Thank you, it is quite homey here, I like it a lot." She smiled sweetly at him, tucking a stray curl behind a multipierced ear before continuing. "Kirk, please call me Luna, Doctor is much too formal. And you know where to find me if you need anything. I have been told I am a great listener."

Luna Vanlith was nervous, standing and waiting with her bag for the pickup cruiser. She was fresh out of the Starfleet Medical Academy, assigned to work with Doctor Leonard "Bones" McCoy aboard the USS Enterprise. She had worked with the sour doctor before, and strangely the thought of working with him on her first assignment brought her comfort.

Finally when she reached and boarded the Enterprise she found McCoy waiting for her, his typical displeased look upon his face, as if he was always mildly inconvenienced by something.

"Took you long enough to get her Luna. Let's go, I'll show you to your quarters and the med bay after the meeting on the bridge. You're working with me, so you'll be my shadow." Bones walked briskly, looking back occasionally to make sure Luna was behind him still.

When they reached the bridge she remained close to Bones, shyly looking around at the other members of the crew. Uhara and Spock were quietly conversing off to the side, Chekov was happily chattering to Sulu and Scotty in his accented and bubbly voice.

Everyone snapped to attention when Captain Kirk stepped onto the bridge, standing straight until he waved everyone to ease.

This is Captain Kirk? But he's so young...

Luna brows furrowed slightly for a moment as she studied the young Captain, attentively listening to every word he said. Her navy eyes studied him, she was trying to get a read on him...

Rash, flamboyant, borderline reckless, and a little too full of himself...

Luna wrinkled her nose slightly, very much her opposite. Hopefully she wouldn't have to encounter him too much in her work with Bones. While he was undeniably handsome, his reputation had preceded him, and Luna had no interest in being strung along.

"For what?" Trevor asked, confused.

"Uh...a club initiation," Jagger rambled. "But it's a very exclusive club...Maybe in the future you could join."

"Thanks anyway. Soccer takes all my free time. Besides, Sterling doesn't seem like the type to belong to a club."

"He's already a member. I just have to persuade Raven to join. Maybe I'll surprise them there," Jagger said. "Can you point me in the right direction?"

Gabrielle Maxwell stood back from the group of exhibit attendees, nursing a flute of warm champagne as yet another crowd of faceless, nameless, Very Important People enthused over the two dozen black-and-white photographs displayed on the gallery walls. She glanced at the images from across the room, somewhat bemused. They were good photographs - a bit edgy, their subject matter being abandoned mills and desolate dockyards outside Boston - but she didn't quite get what everyone else was seeing in them.

Then again, she never did. Gabrielle merely took the photographs; she left their interpretation, and ultimately, their appreciation, up to others. An introvert by nature, it made her uncomfortable to be on the receiving end of this much praise and attention... but it did pay the bills. Quite nicely, at that. Tonight, it was also paying the bills for her friend Jamie, the owner of the funky little art gallery on Newbury Street, which, at ten minutes to closing, was still packed with prospective buyers.
