चैतन्य भारत न्यूज नई दिल्ली. मुंबई की आरे कॉलोनी में पेड़ काटने का मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक पहुंच गया, जिसके बाद सोमवार को कोर्ट ने पेड़ों की कटाई पर तत्काल रोक लगा दी। पेड़ों की कटाई रोकने के पीछे जिनका हाथ है वह ऋषभ रंजन हैं, जो जमशेदपुर से ताल्लुक रखते हैं। लॉ (फोर्थ ईयर) के छात्र ऋषभ ने ही आरे कॉलोनी में पेड़ों की कटाई के मामले पर चिंता जताते हुए चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया (CJI) रंजन गोगोई को खत लिखा था। (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || ).push({});

जानकारी के मुताबिक, ऋषभ ग्रेटर नोएडा में नॉलेज पार्क स्थित लॉयड लॉ कॉलेज में पढ़ते हैं। इसके अलावा वह समाजसेवा के कामों में भी हाथ बंटाते हैं। इससे पहले वह बिहार में आई बाढ़ के मुद्दे को भी सोशल मीडिया पर उठा चुके हैं। जिस वक्त आरे कॉलोनी में पेड़ काटे जा रहे थे, उस समय ऋषभ छुट्टी में अपने घर जमशेदपुर में थे। जैसे ही उन्हें यह पता चला कि आरे कॉलोनी में पेड़ काटे जा रहे हैं और इसका विरोध करने वालों को पुलिस गिरफ्तार कर रही है, तो ऋषभ दूसरे ही दिन दिल्ली पहुंच गए। दिल्ली में उन्होंने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में एक याचिका दाखिल की।

ऋषभ का कहना है कि, आरे कॉलोनी में कट रहे पेड़ों को बचाने के लिए उनके पास सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जाने के अलावा दूसरा और कोई रास्ता नहीं बचा था। उन्होंने कहा कि, 'यदि आज देर करते तो आरे के पेड़ों की जिंदगी नहीं बच पाती। मेरा मकसद सिर्फ आरे के पेड़ों को ही बचाना नहीं है, मैं चाहता हूं कि जंगलों में लगे हर एक पेड़ को बचाया जाए।' ऋ्रषभ का कहना है कि, पेड़ों को काटने के खिलाफ इस लड़ाई की अभी शुरुआत है, और यह लड़ाई आगे भी जारी रहेगी।

ऋषभ ने बताया कि, 'हम कानून के छात्र हैं और हम मुंबई के दोस्तों के संपर्क में हैं। हम निगम की ऐसी हरकतों के खिलाफ हैं, जिन्होंने आरे कॉलोनी में पेड़ काटे।' ऋषभ ने यह भी बताया कि, आरे के अलावा वह अब तक सूखा और किसानो के मुद्दे को लेकर भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट जा चुके हैं और और इन मामलों में उन्हें राहत भी मिली है। उन्होंने कहा, 'सच तो यह है कि इस मुहिम में मैं अकेला नहीं हूं। आज जब आरे वाले मामले के लिए मैं घर से निकला था तो सोशल मीडिया के जरिए मैंने अपने सभी सीनियर और जूनियर से मदद मांगी। आरे में पेड़ कटाई पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा रोक लगाने के मामले में मेरा साथ हमारे एल्युमिनाई संजय हेगड़े ने दिया।'

क्या है मामला बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने आरे कॉलोनी में ‘मेट्रो कार शेड’ बनाने के लिए 2500 से ज्यादा पेड़ों को काटने की इजाजत दी थी। इसके बाद से ही मुंबई समेत कई जगहों पर इसका विरोध शुरू हुआ था। आम जनता समेत बॉलीवुड सेलेब्रिटीज ने भी पेड़ो के कटाने का विरोध किया था। शनिवार को पुलिस ने विरोध कर रहे 29 लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था।

चैतन्य भारत न्यूज नई दिल्ली. आर्थिक राजधानी मुंबई की आरे कॉलोनी में पेड़ों की कटाई का मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक पहुंच गया, जिसपर आज सुनवाई हुई। सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने महाराष्ट्र सरकार को आरे कॉलोनी में पेड़ों की कटाई पर रोक लगाने का आदेश दिया है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि, 'अभी जितने पेड़ कट गए तो ठीक लेकिन आगे पेड़ नहीं कटेंगे।' (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || ).push({}); बता दें पिछले करीब एक हफ्ते से पेड़ काटने के मामले में मुंबई की सड़कों पर प्रदर्शन हो रहा है। आम जनता समेत बॉलीवुड कलाकारों ने भी पेड़ काटने का विरोध किया था, जिन्हें कोर्ट ने छोड़ने का आदेश दिया है। कई प्रदर्शनकारियों को गिरफ्तार भी किया गया है। बता दें बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट द्वारा आरे कॉलोनी के 2,646 पेड़ों को काटने की इजाजत मिली थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद 14 अक्टूबर तक पेड़ों की कटाई पर रोक जारी रहेगी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट का कहना है कि, 'वह इस मामले की जांच करेंगे और आगे अपनी बात कहेंगे।' Supreme Court asks Maharashtra Government to not cut more trees at #Aarey Colony.
