We worked 4 Rep Max back squats today. I got up to 155# for 4! In the last 2 weeks we did a 1RM and only hit 165#. 🤔 That might not have been a true number. There are so many little things to constantly work on and dial in on something as basic as squatting. I'm expecting to push towards 175-180 on the next 1 Rep day. 💪🏻 #munsonmischief #squats #fitover40 #stronger #advocare
