After #Beethoven today's achievement! My first attempt in making one of my favourite pilavs - #Taverna pilav or #Meyhane pilavi as it was known in #Istanbul. During the summers I used to visit a restaurant in #Suadiye who prepared the best #meyhanepilav. There are a few missing ingredients in my edition such as hot red and green peppers.
